Nahargarh palace has a nice setting with beautiful greenery all around it. The food is nice.rooms are spacious with simple interior. Staff is good. The resort is near to the forest gate which makes it very convenient for early morning line up.

Infrastructure is nice, but the staffs are very much rude and manipulative & not at all courteous. They are expert in raising charges without informing the guests. I was charged for an extra kid of 7 years without being provided the extra bed and without informing at the time of check in. Moreover food is not good and while ordering for a Cheese Grill Sandwich I was replied that it will take 45mins as they are busy preparing Dinner. 😡😡 Attached herewith is the written Complain made to the Hotel Management.

Dear Sir, Thanks for sharing your feedback with us, we shall take this matter seriously but would like to clarify to our fellow travellers to what had happened and why you have mentioned about the staff being rude etc. First of all, would like to inform you that information for charges for extra kid above 5 years was informed to your travel agent Tamarind Global who should have informed you. You can check with them if you do not believe us. Secondly, when you checked in we spoke to the agent who said extras to be charged directly as you had not paid to the agent for the same. We charge for an extra person or kid above 5 years irrespective of the fact if you do not ask for an extra bed hence we had to ask you to pay once we got instructions from the agent. Also, at last i would like to point out we charged you only for a night for extra person seeing at the situation that we could not inform you during check in. Lesson learned from this is do not check in guest if you do not receive payment before check in but would like to let you know we care for our guest and we discuss issues like this when possible during the stay on the same day of checkin. Fellow travellers should also know the way you behaved when this was informed to you in the most inappropriate behaviour by a guest. Rest it is self explanatory and don't need to give any explanation to it. Thanks for your valuable time. Regards

I chose this property to stay solely looking at the royal grand pictures and I was not disappointed at all. the rooms are grand and well spaced out. Built like a palace given attention to so many detail. Even the rest room was huge and well lit. The folk music playing along and having the morning cup of chai in the open dining before vrooming off to the safari was my favorite part of the day. they also helped me arrange wildlife safaris in good core zones and a trip to ranthambore fort. Ask for anything and it was at service. Must specially mention about food. Everyday a different menu, I was there for three nights. This is the only place I got to eat some delicacies like dal bhaati churma, kher sangri, papad mangodi, diljaani. Loved stuffing myself with such yummy food. We also…

We visited place during Diwali holidays.. Property is huge. Rooms are large. Big courtyard. Lovely place..Hathikund area is awesome for photography. Reason i gave 2 star only because of food. It's nothing like 4 star..no spread. Stale and tasteless food..immediately they should change the chef.. We ate from outside, and ordered pizza from outside though We had all 3 meals package..not eatable food at all...even Diwali and New year dinner were pathetic and they charged 200 rs for 25 rs coca cola can... Took charges like 4 star...food no star at all..

Right from Check-in, the experience at Nahargarh palace was exceptional. The magnificent architecture of this Royal home turned hotel was breathtaking. The Amazing Hathi Kund Swimming pool was picture perfect. The courteous staff was always there to help you with all your needs at the drop of the hat. This Hotel is highly recommended to complement the majestic Tiger. You truly feel Royal!!

Firstly I would like to say...this place is huge,the sheer grandeur and the beauty of this haveli setting will leave you in awe...the experience itself is so rich and this place offers something to every kind of traveller.The only negative I would say is their food is oily.But their Lal maas was to die for.My lil one enjoyed running around the vast courtyards and we enjoyed the stunning hathi kund pool( very well mentained),was absolutely the cherry on the cake ! Its a lovely place to stay for couple of nights in sowai madhopur...definitely recommend it

We had a great experience staying at Nahargarh Palace Ranthambore ! We were here to spot tigers and celebrate our anniversary. The staff, especially Rajveerji was humble and courteous to arrange transportation from Jaipur to the property and back. He also helped us with the safari arrangements as well The stay at the property, was luxurious and at the same time was made homely by the staff. All the things we need are made available at a phone call away. We stayed for 4 nights overall, and I can say that the food spread had a lot of variety and felt wholesome. The property is well designed with several rooms arranged around courtyards dotted with flowering trees. The rooms are also spacious and fairly well maintained. We did face an issue with respect to malodor in one of the washrooms and had to get it cleaned. There are small animals like lizards in the corridors and rooms and frogs outside. We even spotted a mouse one night in the courtyard. The staff do try to control these and mosquitos by regular spraying. The property is designed to look like a heritage palace hotel but is actually only 15 years old, so it does not really have a history and comes across as a tad pretentious. We visited Nahargarh with big group of 50 PPL including kids. It was worth the experience, staff was very friendly and polite. They helped us in all the possible way. Food was good service was excellent.

Great hotel with large rooms and clean washrooms. Lot of.hige public places for sitting around and kids can play too. Staff is very helpful specially in the restaurant and kitchen. The food is little oily but if you request the chef they can prepare special dishes for you as per your instructions. They made khichdi and daliya for my child. They also made pizza for us upon request. And no extra charge for these. They even pack meals for you in case you are traveling or going for safari. The front staff is very cooperative, Mahinder ji is very helpful. All staff members are very humble and always ready to help.
