This was one of our most memorable stays. We stayed for 2 nights here as part of our golden triangle trip. We enjoyed the stay here than any other 5 star hotels. The personalised customer service was exceptional, especially Mr Mohan in F&B section. Eventhough we didn't see any tigers during our two safaris, we were lucky to see a leopard crossing our car as we were driving out of the hotel compound on our departure! Would love to come back gain.
We booked this hotel for our 10th anniversary. We were very excited to stay at hotel for couple of days and spend some quality time. A few days before our planned visit corona virus scare started and we decided to cancel our trip. Indigo staff was very kind and in one call they decided to provide us refund vouchers. But dealing with this hotel staff was a nightmare. We called hotel reception, they told us that person who deals with cancellation is reachable on another number. We kept calling that number and it wasnt reachable. We tried reception again they became abusive and cut the phone. We reached to Agoda through which we had booked tickets, and they tried reaching property as well. We got a response from Agoda next day that hotel refused a refund. Hotel is trying to make…
We were booked into this hotel but not permitted to enter India as Indian government staopped all entries as a C0VID-19 precaution. The hotel does NOT offer any refund whatsoever. A lot of money lost due to refunds not offered in this hotel and National Park tiger safari. Very disappointing as would like to plan a trip once this virus mayhem is over.
Hotel is amazing. Huge elegant rooms, fantastic grounds, delicious breakfast and dinner, wonderful musicians playing and dancing. Minutes from the park, with tigers and monkeys, and an ancient fort you walk up to to see a Hindu temple. Must see to believe.
When you first see this magnificent hotel, which goes on for ever, you think it must have been a maharajah's palace; then you discover it was built in 2005! Courtyard after courtyard, ending at a huge swimming pool and a haveli in th background. Our room was large, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom fully equipped. It was here we first saw a Rajasthan-style lock, different from any door lock we have seen before - quite unique. The service in the restaurant was excellent. A waiter took us under his wing (whether we wanted it or not!) and brought our food, even though it was a buffet. A good range of Indian soups, main dishes and desserts m+ enough western food for those who cannot take the spices. Very accessible to Ranthambore National Park. The guide came to the hotel to…
