The Cabins are a great place to relax. The Cabins are clean and well maintained. The managers are very nice and helpful for providing information about things to do in Angel Fire and surrounding towns. There is hiking into a national forest just outside the back of the property.

Everything from reservations made months before to check-in to customer service during the stay was excellent. Very well managed by Kimberly and Rick Talbert. The owners should be very happy these folks are tending to their business so efficiently. The Retreat is situated a little out of town in a nice wooded setting with wildlife. Stayed two nights in a...

What a lovely retreat in the woods! We saw deer daily and on our last night, deer walked right by our cabin. It was so peaceful to sit on the porch to listen and watch all the birds enjoying the trees. We had a great view of the mountains. All in all a very quiet, relaxing retreat.

My wife and I just spent 3 nights in the "Mountain Lion 1" 1 BR cabin at the Retreat at Angel Fire. We loved it and are currently trying to talk some other family members into coming back for a trip in August. The cabins are very convenient to all the activities in and around Angel Fire, but you really...

Recently spent two nights at the Retreat at Angel Fire for a marriage retreat with a group from our church. We took a rather large group (20+), so we had the entire Retreat to ourselves. There are 5 one-bedroom cabins and 5 two-bedroom cabins. We stayed in a one-bedroom, Mountain Lion 1, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cabin was equipped...

Kimberly and her family are very helpful and nice. Wonderful to know you have someone who cares and gives excellent service. Price and location are both great, great having a kitchen so you can eat big breakfast before you ski. Close to ski area and restaurants.

Stayed at the Retreat at Angel Fire to celebrate our anniversary and we had a wonderful time! It was such a relaxing and quite place. It feels like you are in such a remote area of the mountains when you are actually 5 minutes from town. The grounds here are beautiful. Deer were grazing right outside our cabin. The cabin...

My family just spent a night in the Elk 2 cabin at The Retreat at Angel Fire, and it was great. We got up to Angel Fire later than we planned and the owners stayed late to get us all checked in and settled. They were wonderful and so was the cabin. We had two bedrooms and a comfortable futon....

We took our Christmas break to visit angel fire. Lovely place. I chose the Retreat at Angel Fire for the price and location. We stayed in a two bedroom cabin that was decorated in a southwest theme, large kitchen and cozy living room with an electric fireplace. Large porch overlooks the property. Very quaint and peaceful. Staff was terrific and...

'Retreat' describes this place perfectly. A good place for weary bones to rest. Gorgeous vistas, comfortable beds, cozy, woodsy cabin with everything provided - from corkscrew to hair drier - means you can pack light. Good little grocery nearby. This is a great place for a family reunion. We have had ours here for many years, renting all the cabins...
