This has been one of my worst hotel stays ever. The rooms had broken furniture, bathrooms were dirty, sockets in the rooms were not working. Restaurant staff were ignorant and their service was really lousy. The manager was non-responsive as well. Overall a really bad experience. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time and money.

Overall a decent hotel. Service overall was pretty good. The rooms were clean and neat. However, we faced 2 specific issues. We had dinner in the room and the restaurent asked us to leave the dished outside for pickup. They never did in the night. There were monkeys around this property and around 4AM monkeys knocked out the dishes outside and woke all of us up. We also did not have hot water in the taps and they had to bring it from somewhere. The property was otherwise good.

Property is good with great view from everywhere specialy from room balcony and near the pool, nice food with good taste, nice management polite stff we had very pleasant experience enjoying our holiday. everyone in staff had given us excellent service through out our stay.

Hello guys This resort is the worst one in Kumbhalgarh & India....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were rude and indifferent..i went with my wife, kids & freinds and they have no consideration…they will don’t even listen if you will try to tell them something...pool is worst ...plates & bowls are black & dirty…beds have bugs in it...towels are old & dirty...they don’t have clean plates & bowls…they will not send anything for 4-5 hours if you order something from room like towel, shampoo, milk for kids or call them for anything….this resort don’t provide shower gel…only reason to book is its photoshoot uploaded on internet sites...i paid extra for my kid’s extra mattress so I called them at 11 pm but till 1.30 am in mid night they didn’t send it, after calling them 4-5 times they send it at 1.40 am in midnight…guys don't book this resort at all...even there is no Wi-Fi… this resort Kumbhalgarh Forest Reteat is worst experience I have ever had in my life… plz guys don’t waste your money here… you will regreat yourself if u book this one….they should change their resort name to “Kumbhalgarh worst retreat”. Stay at your home if you don’t get booking in any hotel & resort in Kumbhalgarh but plz don’t go in this resort.…

This guest basically didn’t want pay for kids. we insisted for it n he started creating problems n complaining for everything. checkin time he refused to pay for extra persons n said i will not take extra beds.. at 11 pm he called n gave wrong nos to housekeeping, the delay in giving extra beds was due to wrong nos mentioned.

The rooms were large with a balcony with view of the lake and the hill across the lake. Very queit and peaceful location. One has to go down and up the stairs a couple of times before reaching the rooms. The bed was large and comfortable but surrounded by a marble ledge which made climbing onto the bed a bit of a challenge. The property is nice and quiet.

Food is very Bad and We stayed there for 4 days and it was constantly worst. Even Room Service is not up to the mark they are not changing towels on time and not put dental Kit. They respond after 1 hr or service call. Worst service

Decent place to stay. The location is superb. The cottages have fantastic views. The greenery is superb. Breakfast is nice. Staff is good and friendly. The rooms needs to be upgraded though, to keep in line with other resorts in Kumbhalgarh.

Well maintained property, covered with lush green and dense forest view, swimming pool, lake view and it's very peaceful location... in the middle of jungle It's wonderful to stay if you are nature loving person... Big rooms, big balcony and great view for reels and selfies... Team is very helpful... specially, I would like to mention about Mr Ishwar Singh ji, working as a waiter is very dedicated, well behaved and great in his services. Definitely worth a stay.

We had stayed for a 3 night all staff behaviour is very nice front desk manager is very help full good maintained property room & food was excellent very good rooms specious and balcony with hill view & lake view all dishes were tasty and quantity was also good, fort is just near.the property is really amazing with mainy trees & beautiful lake view rooms.
