We stayed from 13th August 2023 to 15th August 2023. Property was clean and well maintained. All staff were very cooperative and ready to help . Room were spacious .Nice stay and food was good. We enjoyed our stay and food. We highly recommend.

This place is run down. It looks grand from outside but obviously needs a refurb. We have been traveling for 7 weeks and this was the worst hotel we stayed at. When we checked in my wife asked for some fresh milk for tea. After two calls from the room I had to go down to reception to be told that there was a charge (Rs100) for a small amount of milk which was finally delivered! Again the only hotel we stayed at that charged for a smidgen of milk!

Well pros first-1) one of the best location in Kumbhalgarh, also only 2 kms from the fort, 2) very beautiful property, 3) cleanliness maintained, iv) beautiful lawn and a reasonableswimming pool. Now cons-1) except restaurant staff (very courteous and prompt) rest are laidback/not much bothered-picked up plates from outside room after 12 hours that too after 2-3 reminders, 3) pool table under maintenance, 4)TT table broken, 5) room had dampness and toilet seat cover broken-didnt change the room though all other rooms were empty-should not had given that room in first instance, 6) flies in restaurant and 7) limited food options/breakfast.

The hotel is very pothetic...staff behaviour is very poor .i am writing this tine it means u can understand what i m going through...we are 2 couples and 3 childrens.and we just left the hotel and checked in to another hotel...no food availability ...honey bees every where since morning i already changed 3 times rooms but still same position we just checked out hotel and changed it

Very poor experience at the hotel. 1. Poor service. 2. Food was bad. There are bad oil smell from food and sabji don't have taste. 3. Staff was very rude and not at all professional. 4. This resort charges 250% more on one water bottle. 5. Add bill for broken wisky galss we have to fight for that. 6. Manager was very rude regarding room service. Please Avoid This Hotel they called it 4 star resort property but for us this is just like 1 star. Please AVOID THIS PROPERTY. KAVISH THE HAVELI RESORT, KUMBHALGARH I GIVE NO STAR FOR THIS PROPERTY.

The service was terrible; Very poor service; I don't know what those people thought of themselves; they didn't even know how to talk to customers. They also had a terrible attitude when talking to guests, especially AAMIR KHAN He was extremely rude, the resort manager. I don't know what he thought of himself; if he were the owner of the resort, he wouldn't have the right to talk to customers in the manner that he did. I'm not happy at all, so please don't go there. There are many more resorts in Kumbhalgarh, and I haven't had a bad experience with any of them. Food was OK excluding the break fast.
