We stayed one day, nice hotel with nice view, helpful , restaurant is nice, buffet breakfast has less variety but its. good swimming pool renovation is going on, new property..new management . they are trying to serve you best. but i feel they have lack of experience. overall it well experience

Manager was not responding our call , as there was nobody available at the time of check in .. we were alone in the hotel and were waiting for the manager or staff to attend us.. staff was rude ... there was no event or holi celebrations over there.. staff denied us from using the pool ... proper information was not there on site... dental kit was not there n when we asked for the same they denied... cable connection was not there electricity backup was not there... pathetic experience... would not suggest anyone for this place...

Hotel is under constructions,rooms were allotted on 3rd floor, entire floor was stinking. Inside the room also Manny wires were open pending for fittings. When we fight a lot, we were allotted rooms on ground floor. Also hotel is not good for vacation stay. There are Manny good properties. Online pictures are misleading.

Its was a good experience there . The cleanliness was the best and the food taste and quality was also excellent. The cook of the hotel (Ranjit singh) give a perfect food . The whole staff was very co-operative and gives best facility which ever we want. The hotel owners tried his best to give service named (Bunty bhai) and appreciated. By this I can say the whole staff worked well and can be appreciated. BEST TO VISIT HOTEL

This is a relatively new hotel, (with two buildings), having begun operations sometime in October 2018, and approximately four kilometers away from the famous Kumbhalgarh Fort. Since Kumbhalgarh is a hilly terrain and a jungle, it is difficult to find an accommodation which offers rooms on the ground floor. After scouring lots of hotels, we zeroed down on this one. But right from the car parking, at the hotel front, it is all about climbing stairs, which becomes extremely difficult for the physically challenged and aged people to cope with. Though the staff tries their level best to cater to the comforts of the guests, they still fall short on several counts. We were three in a room, and an extra bed/mattress, glasses for water, soaps, towels, etc. had to be asked for. Of course, the staff does comply with the requests, but not at one go, which is a tad irritating and surprising too in the highly competitive hospitality industry!! The big bathroom has poor drainage, leading to water-logging, which is a big deterrent for a new hotel. Over and above this, even after a year into the operations, some electrical fixtures still remain to be installed!! The saving grace is the spacious restaurant located near the reception lobby, serving delicious and sumptuous food. This hotel is situated in a relatively secluded area, (a little further ahead of Club Mahindra resort), far from the tourist traffic at other hotels.…

Stayed for 2 nights. This hotel is very new and the staff are still learn g the ropes. They don't speak much English.yet, but that will.change. But they are helpful and friendly. Thw room was large, well equipped, comfortable bed and came with a great enclosed balcony. The view of the surrounding hills was pleasant. The restaurant prepared fresh food for breakfast and dinner, but the service was very slow. There is no WiFi at the moment.
