One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly(chndraji & vivekji). Great staff who knew how to serve the customer(like golf cart pilot# Ratansingh) The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the Hill & pool and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect.we also enjoy other activities like tracking,fire camping, group games and many more, (thank you activitie manager ji)Best thing of this resort is food & service i personally like and giving {1000000000%}

It's a good sign when you're driving up the driveway and wanting to stop and take photos because the location is so picturesque. The staff here were extremely friendly and very helpful, the rooms were beautiful and well appointed with views that are worth the trip in themselves. This is a small hotel and the guests are mainly Indian (that we saw), so western food on the menu is very limited, but the staff repeatedly offered to cook new dishes or adjust dishes to our taste. There is also a nice drinks balcony, beautiful reception area and an excellent pool (cold in winter) and a lovely dawn walk.
We wanted to stay longer, but were unable to rearrange the remaining trip so we'll have to come back.
PS the drive between here and Udaiper is quite spectacular and varied.

We celebrated my wife birthday at Mahua bagh and to our expectations it was the best Resort we have visited till date. The staff is very friendly,courteous and helpful.The arrangement for birthday Table was purely mesmerizing and the Pineapple cake was yummy and fresh. Rooms are spacious with balcony and they have breathtaking views of serene hills and must watch sunrise and sunsets from the resort. Amazing food with a lot of variety to choose from in the Shepherd Lounge Restuarant. On request Service was also treated promptly. Tasty food with amazing service. We were taken great care by the restaurant staff as well as room service staff even when the location of rooms were at a distance from the restaurant. Location of resort is at a good height which gives a good view of the aravali ranges. Pool was also amazing and many in house activities like zorbing, cricket, basketball etc. were available for kids. A perfect location for a family vacation. Undoubltely the best resort of kumbhalgarh. A must visit property if you are in kumbhalgarh.

#beautifullview #Politestaff We were welcome in a very well manner. Both the manager were so polite and friendly they were so helpful too. After our checkin we wasted our almost 2 hours in problems going on with rooms amenities, the jacuzzi was not clean , the phone was not working, towel was dirty or may be used. After wasting our time we called managers over there . They just solved our problem in few minutes, but our day was wasted. We were there for celebration of my wife birthday but the day was spoiled. We went for dinner it was good , there were many varieties. Food was also good, but the problem was they have less staff so we have to wait for everything. The place has nice view from the view , but the photos shown in googles are not same. The service of each and everything was very slow . My leg was injured , so manager said we will serve u food in room , but we denied as I was able to go to restaurant, but in morning when we said for a tea in room , they said it will be chargeable. I don’t know what was happening. 2 litre water bottle was of 240 rs. Costliest water I have ever seen. We told them to clean our room in morning -0 they said housekeeping team working hours start from 12pm , but till 1 no one was there, we asked for dental kit thrice but after 4hours also we don’t get it . Need to improve management & also need maintenance in rooms. They promised us to kale our stay memorable but it wasn’t. Over all property is good, food is good .

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels, I stayed during my time in Rajasthan! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff especially Rawal Ji, who helped me while booking of hotel rooms. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and food served as breakfast as well as dinner was delicious and tasty. The restaurant chef as well as supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great and memorable evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.
Note, this one of the prime property of Kumbalgarh in Rajasthan, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager as well as staff, who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!More

We stayed at Mahuabagh for 3 nights. The property is very good. The rooms and bathrooms are large and they are clean. The distance between different category of rooms, reception, restaurant etc is a little more for which you will have to walk because the buggy service is slow. But a little walk causes no harm. We were a group of 13 people and all our requests were handled nicely and efficiently. I think they are a little under staffed for the amount of rooms they have but they do run around and put up with all demands. The food is also good. They let you play your music till late and don’t ask to stop until there is some other guest complaining. We had top category rooms which is like another wing so we had our own privacy. The hotel staff is more than willing to entertain any and every request which is very good. They could upgrade their bar a little with more premium options made available.
Overall a wonderful place to go with friends or family. Worth the money you spend.

While the location of the resort is good, you can expect very poor service. I stayed here with my family on the 26th of September in the Aravali cottage, getting there requires golf carts. The driver of our cart was extremely unprofessional and drove rashly and even damaged my infants carrier by dropping it and then driving right over it. Its a different story that u need golf carts to get anywhere in the resort and they require a minimum waiting time of 15 mins.
When u book a luxury resort you expect good service or atleast staff speaking politely to you. Even after you book the higher category room like the aravali cottage the staff is extremely rude. They advertise an out door shower, which takes a he'll lot of space but has no connection to hot water and is full of lizards. They expect you to stay on top of a hill and have bath with ice cold water.
When i spoke to the person on the reception he connected me to his manager who has the audacity to say, did we say we will be giving hot water in the bathrooms...you should check on all your concerns before you check in. Even in basic 3 star hotels its a give in that hot water would be available in the bathrooms. They behave like they are doing a favour keeping us in the resort. In addition there are a good chance you will see frogs, snakes and even wild cats outside your room.
The staff is extremely rude and quite frankly spoils the whole experience of being in a resort. I will definitely not be staying here again. Instead go Rajsaa or Radisson which have much better service.

We had a great time in Mahua Bagh. The staff is extremely courteous, well mannered and accommodating to say the least. Yishupal Singh Rathore, the front office manager, Mr Ravindra, the restaurant manager, were extremely hospitable. We were a large group of people and everyone had different food habits. The house keeping people especially Gopal Meghwal Lachhiram, Ambalal we’re very helpful, proactive, congenial and enterprising. The property is beautiful, we were lucky to be there for the last full moon of the year. There are activities for kids, a play area for them. The place is designed aesthetically, the rooms all have a fantastic view of the Aravalli’s. Thank you for a fabulous weekend.

Came here for an office get-together and was surprised to find myself in such magnificent surroundings. While the temperatures are below 5-deg each day, I have found people to be very friendly and warm. The support staff are very friendly, flexible and ready to help in every way possible. Bhanwar Lal (housekeeping) has been particularly exceptional in helping me settle in and be comfortable throughout.
