Service are not matching with standards Room needs renovations . toilet foul smell enter in bed area , we can't turn on exhaust fan through out a day because key and device on/off system so it's take 1 hour to get normal air and with use of air freshener No staff available to service Very limited staff operates entire premises so it is not possible to handle all guests Receptionist was highly rude. Only one person are running whole the time ,which is perfectly fine but he was also tired to attend all guests of the hotel. We book 5 rooms , recepo asked 8000 Rs extra without justification. Actual calculation was 3500 Rs. Even he didn't give official bill of it . I still need bill for it. We ordered few liquors , billed was 3500. No bill was given to us. Just paper calculations. We ordered some tea coffee in rooms but numbers are not matching. Breakfast is not upto the marks. Totally cold poha and paratha. Didn't not have arrangment to warm something. No one was there to pickup used cups and plates from room. We put everything outside and informed them to pickup. After 1.5 days later they picked up plates.…
Awful stay. Hot water is available from 7am til 10am only. Room is not cleaned up. Bed linen and towels are dirty. Wifi doesn’t work properly. Disappointed. View is nice though. Main road is near the place.
The staff are very friendly & helpful, the bed very comfortable, rooms are spacious and the view of the fort from the roof terrace is fabulous. Great rate and awesome food. I would definitely recommend. Don't be put off by the need to go via a back alley as it is a wonderful place to stay.
The hotel is situated in walking-distance from the spice-market and Clock-tower. The Mehangarh-fort is also in the same area but to far to walk for me. The hotel is not very wel maintained but O.K. You have a nice vieuw up to the fort which is wonderfull by day and night. In the hotel they have an elevator all the way up to the rooftop where you are supposed to have your breakfast and diner.A good manager could do a wonderfull job there with the help of some skilled cleaners. Its O.K. for the price but not luxury. We stayed there fot 2 nights with one of my groups and they had no complains. For a good price I would go there again.
This hotel is located in Bagar Chowk. The main advantage of this hotel is that Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, Rao Jodha desert park are very near to this hotel. We booked two delux double bedded rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only one window was present which didn't have a good view.So we used to keep it close. Bathroom was also clean and had bathing area separated by a glass door. I was surprised to see a fan in the bathroom. The hotel has lift facility. Staff behaviour was also satifactory. The view from the rooftop of this hotel is magnificent. You can have your breakfast with a view of the Mehrangarh fort. The buffet breakfast was complimentary for us , quality and variety was good. They also have a restaurant which serves vegetarian food. Food quality was ok. I would like to point out two disadvantages that i found here. First, was the entrance of the hotel which is in a narrow lane and it would be a bit difficult for big cars to enter. Although there are ola and uber services available in Jodhpur, but most of the uber/ ola that we booked cancelled our bookings as they did not want to come in that narrow lane. However autos are available in the chowk area for your conveyance. Second disadvantage was that, no geyser available in the bathroom. They had centralised water heating system. Most of the time when we needed hot water, we had to call them to start the water heating system. I would suggest the hotel management to install individual geysers for the bathroom. Overall I liked the hotel.…
This hotel seems to be good because it has a cute decoration and the view from the terrace to the city and the fort is very beautiful, but as a hotel is terrible. My room was dirty and it looks the furniture is old. My bathroom didn't even have paper and I had to go down to ask for some to a couple of teenagers at the reception who barely spoke bad English. The elevator is very old and I actually thought that at any time it would stop working and I'd be stuck forever. The terrace has a lot of potentials but it's a shame that the staff doesn't care about the cleanness so I had breakfast in an almost broke table. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
I have never seen such a dirty hotel nor room in my life. The sheets were filthy with foot prints, lipstick and óther´marks. It is a shame because the fixtures and fittings are all well thought out and are good quality and decoration It is only the housekeeping that lets this hotel so badly. The units are thick with dust (about .5cm), the shower had splash marks of dirt that must have been there a long time. I spoke to Reception who moved our room but the second room was the same. I asked them to change all the bedding which they did straightaway. The lift also hadn´t been cleaned in a long time. The restaurant is on the rooftop with excellent visits but again the kitchen utensils had months of grime inbedded into them. Basic breakfast but to be honest I didn´t want to eat here. It´s a shame as cleaning is such a simple, easy thing to do. Please, please OYO go and have a look at the housekeeping in this hotel!…
Rooms are clean and amenities provided are good at the price. Rooftop view is really great specially at night time, you can see Mehrangarh Fort from there. Rooftop café is also good and food is tasty.
We stayed in this hotel from Dec 27th 2018 till Dec 28th 2018. The rooms are very big, clean and comfortable. Each room is fitted with a flat screen TV, cupboard, Bed side tables, small dinning table for 2, AC, fans and Lights. There are multiple charging points in the room. The bathroom is also quite big and fitted with separate bathing area. They have 24/7 hot water facility. The hotel has lifts. There is also a medium sized ground inside the hotel premises where kids can play or run about. The lobby of the hotel is also neatly maintained and have comfortable seating arrangements in the wait area. Though wifi username and password was written in each of the rooms, but it never worked for us. The hotel have a rooftop Veg restaurant. The view of the blue city and the Mehrangarh fort from the terrace are worth mentioning. You can also see the Umaid Bhawan Palace and the Jaswant Thada from the hotel terrace. The food in the restaurant is average in taste and the service is very slow. We had breakfast included in our room plan. Buffet Breakfast is served at the terrace in the morning. It had Poha, Breads, boiled eggs, parantha, curd, butter and jam spreads, milk and cornflakes, tea and coffee. The location of the hotel is also very good and there is a auto stand at a walking distance of 2mins from the hotel. One auto driver is always available at the hotel reception (most of the time) and he charges Rs. 800 to show all the attractions in Jodhpur. He was a very well behaved and decent guy.…
We booked into this hotel through Agoda after a horrible experience with Kesar Heritage Hotel (read my review on that). It was 10 pm. I paid full amount and got Confirmed booking. When I reached the place they said there is no room. We were shocked. It seemed the hotel was out if Sync with Agoda. I was traveling with family. We could not stay in the hotel. However, the reason to write this review is, the manager came down immediately, got our luggage, opened his office and sat us. He then gave us the hotel wifi and himself went through all available Jodhpur hotels on his laptop with us. Then we finally selected a hotel. He got us an auto and got us reserved a decent family room. Thanks.
