Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
We, a family of seven took three rooms for two nights. The rooms are quite spacious. Every room has three beds, so no issue of laying a mattress on the floor in the name of an extra bed. all fittings, bathrooms, TV, air conditioner etc. was good. The bathroom fittings were excellent. Breakfast was better than average with a reasonably good number of choices. Housekeeping and service were good. On the negative side, the Towels were not up to the mark, we have had to ask for a replacement. There was no tea/coffee maker in the room.

The Rooms are really good for the price , but the food of toran restaurant is just mouth watering. We ordered for some non veg items and that too was delicious .The staff is very humble here . The Location too is perfect as you have an auto stand near by and you can move around the city at your will.

We, a party of 26 persons, stayed there for 7 days and the hotel and service were quite good. Manager and front office were very cooperative and responsive. Reception area is good and gives you a feeling of Rajasthani decor. We gave our own menu to the hotel and they provided the same accordingly and promptly. In spite of our demanding guests, the service of the hotel was pleasant.

I was been offered a room without window and sunlight.
Upon asking for window room , Manager of hotel have ask me to pay Rs 500 extra.
Upon denying his offer,
he told me that either you pay this or look for another hotel.
We can't help it.
He was one of the most arrogant manager I have seen." No sense how to talk to customer. He further mentioned that u all look for cheap prices on goibibo than expect for luxury services.
He further kept on arguing with derogatory remarks.
Kindly refund my amount immediately since I went out of lot of harresment before my family.
I travelled entire night and Upon reaching this was the treatment.
Now I am standing on a road and looking for a hotel at 1pm in afternoon.

The worst hotel of my trip - Food Court is Dirty, Bad Food...low hospitality by staff - Worst of all, limited hot water....well I cant call it hot water...it was just lukewarm...for which, we need to call and request it 1/2 hour before.

I was here with my family in November-2016, Hotel is very good, neat and clean. A budget or a business hotel, cards are expected, also the staff is very helpful. hotel provides A/C rooms with standard amenities, breakfast is good and the dinner was awesome, all at affordable price. We really enjoyed a lot. Food was Excellent **** Room was Superb ***** Service also Good **** It was a memorable stay. We will visit this place again for sure. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives

- Open Bar Added additional 4 drinks. They say they added by mistake but a mistake of 4 drinks when only we were at the bar. - No Drinking water provided in room. When asked for drinking water it was paid. At billing i inquired about a bottle of water for every day, there room cleaning staff said he kept it daily.

One of the most filthy, terrible, unkept and worst hotels l have checked in. It was that bad that l had to let go an advanced payment and shift to another hotel for my own peace of mind.
Everyone starting from the manager to the waiter staff are rude as anything..no sense of hospitality.
To begin with;
As you enter into the room it stinks 😷
We were informed that room wifi isn’t working so if you want to use wifi you have sit at the reception only, which l later checked was mentioned in one of the reviews posted 2 weeks ago. They are intentionally not providing internet to safe their own money but charging us for the services which we didn’t avail.
Room was filthy and bathroom’s taps were broken, rusty and toilet seat broken with poor water supply. The view outside the room is full of pigeon’s feaces 🤮🤮. One cannot dare to open the curtains.
Bedsheet was dirty with tiny hair all over, when requested to change the sheet, it was denied and we ended up requesting another sheet and changed it ourselves. The covering of mattres made me vomit literally (see pics attached).
In short, l’ll request please don’t ruin your trip experience by booking in this hotel.
