We stayed there in November and it was for 3 nights, we had booked 4 rooms and there was No service provided, even the manager present replied that our bad reviews wouldn't matter, they have people with positive reviews, apart from that, we asked for plates to eat food that we ordered from outside because they don't provide lunch or dinner, and they charged 400rs per person for a plate, fork and a bowl. Their service boys threw the luggage.
Even when we booked long back and paid for premium rooms we were given 2 premium and one below-average room. They do not provide food, and even if your order food from outside, they charge insanely for cutlery. Glass, spoon, full plate quarter plates everything is chargeable that too at high prices. Even regular water is chargeable, no free daily water bottles. No proper reception, 3 guards take care of everything or rather say 3 guards boss around for everything. They were so super rude. Zero hospitality, we went there with 4 kids, they denied us to use washrooms before their long unending check-in. Host did not take a single call to hear about our concerns! Please don't be fooled by the pictures, just ok a building does not make a good stay! Their hospitality is extremely pathetic.…
This place is so beautiful. Water falling from the roof of hotel is lit. I visited in jan,20 with my family and enjoyed a lot. This hotel offers good quality of food and well mannered drinks. Today i am advising u all to visit here.
The Inn Season is located very well in PWD Road with an assortment of restaurants nearby. They serve breakfast and do a great job. The grounds are lovely - I spent a couple of days just enjoying the terrace outside my room watching the parrots in the trees. There is also a pool a little bit away from the rooms so that it's not noisy for the guests in their rooms. Pool is clean - it was too cold to swim during our visit. The owner is very knowledgeable about Jodhpur and its history. His staff can assist with anything you might need to get your day in order.
The hotel has a very good location. Rooms are very spacious - but the bathroom was as large if not larger than the room. However the bathtub was dirty and that was a HUGE disappointment. They do not have a restaurant but serve a decent breakfast. You can have lunch at dinner at a couple of places just outside the hotel. The hotel has a large grounds but not of much use. They also DO NOT give complimentary mineral water - everywhere 1 litre per person is the standard. Overall a decent experience. PS: This place is open to bring in dogs I think . Not very sure but I think a few guests did bring in dogs. The owner who lives here has a couple of dogs also.
