Special mention to Mr. Ritik of the Front desk.

Really enjoyed family time. Only 1 aspect the swimming pool was not clean when we were there but they cleaned the very next day but we could not use it as we had to leave early next day.
But pretty understanadable in the times like these where bookings are getting cancelled more & more & ooccupancy is very low. But still I think they can improve on Children activities & Pool cleanliness. Otherwise no problems at all. Would surely recommend to my friends & family.

I dislike giving poor reviews, but I have no choice here.
Sold as a conference hotel, it is pitiful
Some of the issues were
Bathroom flooding while having a shower, a design problem with the bath coupled with blocked drains. Across the corridor had the same issue and had cleaners in to try and sweep the water from the main room carpet
The bath was filthy, with visible tide marks and a greasy black corner. heaven knows when it was last cleaned properly.
The showerhead sprayed water in all directions and couldn't be used for say washing your hair, everywhere would be soaked
Breakfast was chaos with a companion walking out after 1/2 wait for an omelette and then given the wrong order! nNot enough staff here, 3 or 4 on front desk and only 1 for the restaurant!
OK Internet now: for a hotel that ofference conference facilities, it is amazing that the rooms do not have internet access (room 405) . The signal is strong all the way down the corridor, but as soon as you enter the room it drops to zero and drops the connection. Lousy installation or location of router(s)
This is exacerbated by another router right next to the door.
Upon asking about getting it sorted I got my first lie from the staff. "a technician will be 1/2 hour", naively I believed them and went out expecting it to be sorted when I got back. No such luck. I was told that tech had come out and it was all ok now. I complained again and ended up with my rep coming up to ask about it! unsurprisingly she had no clue. I tried complaining again, to be fair a lad came up (Ritik) and advised that there was no way that a technician could come out as it was a Saturday. (sort of ruined the original lies that did) . After a bit of proving that the signal did drop in the room (using an app) he agreed it was no good and sorry nothing he could do. After a bit of prodding I asked if I could use the nearby router instead (not the hotels). All good, he used his own phone number to get me access to that router. Brilliant and good service there, however connectivity had gone by the next morning. I asked again and was told it was a midnight to midnight service, something that might have been relevant to mention. Finally left the next day, never having had a proper connection unless i stood out in the corridor. (there was the entertainment of watching next door being bailed out to keep you occupied though)
The reason for the really bad review is that the front desk staff blatantly lied time and time again, just to fob me off, Rather than acknowledging the the initial installation is not good enough and getting it sorted, they prefer to do nothing and lie to their customers.
I did mention all the problems I had on checkout, the guy just acknowledged it and moments later joked about it to his companion.
So so poor. I expect this hotel will go downhill even more unless the staff are sorted

Stayed for two nights. On the first evening, the AC was not working (Room no. 506). Reported in the morning and was assured that it would be rectified. However, even by afternoon found that it was not working and there was no window pane to be kept open. Service personnel attended but again same problem. After repeated complaints, AC repair continued were in the night till 11.30 pm much to our inconvenience.
No newspaper supply. Room service needs 2 to 3 reminders even to get you 2 bottles of water. Quite an unresponsive staff and a 'will never visit again' experience.

Stayed on new year’s eve. Good property. Have it’s pros and cons. In restaurant Special thanks to Harish and Chef who served Bazra rotis n cake.
On the other hand Galla dinner was forced on in house guests and charged per person on the other hand hotel was charging same price for two for out side guests.

Here I am after having changed multiple rooms and been finally given a room on the 8th/ top floor. There is a pub on the 9th floor...and i can hear the music being played loud enough. Exhausted as we have travelled all the way from mumbai...there is no sleep tonight. Its past 12 midnight and am not sure what can be done. So venting out the frustration here.
The bathroom has a stench when closed. The toilet seat is unclean ...the towels are old.
The restaurant ocean where we went for dinner..served stale mushrooms and uncooked rice.
Some of the pillow covers are torn.. ..has hair on it meaning its most likely not changed after whoever used it last.
Unfortunately we paid via agoda in advance and the charges are non refundable.
Overall it cannot get worse than this.

Excellent amenities in room.The reception staff and manager are very courteous and provide prompt checkinn.
Good part is the buffet dinner which is at a great price with amole number of food varieties for both veg an min veg.
The rooms are well maintained and nicely put up.
The staff is very polite and helpful
Overall a great experience.One of the best hotels in Jaipur

Chef Mukesh indulged us with sugarfree desserts and preparing dishes on request. He was extremely courteous and attentive. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel coz of of the warmth of the steward and chef Mukesh....thankyou for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Because Only Night Manager and Night boy for Luggage was helpful and very good.
Night room service is very unprofessional and totally dont know how to talk to customers i ordered 2 cup of tea. Person from Room service said we dont have milk stock and when i said i can bring milk from market for you then after sometime he sent my order. Really pathetic service.
In morning i requested 6 times housekeeping for Iron but no one bothered about that and when i reqstd for 7th time then they gave Iron. Also i ordered brown beard and butter in morning. They said we dont have brown bread then again when we asked do you anything in your kitchen because for everything you are denying then after sometime they sent me brown bread and butter.
They always at first refused for everything and when customers got angry then they have Everything. It was very worst stay.
Even i asked then for the bill they charged me for the tea, bread & sandwiches. They said we will send you whtsapp bcoz printer is not working. But till now no one sent me my bill.
Its totally unprofessional that customer is asking for bill and your printer is not working.
