Loved the hospitality. The courtyard is royal and beautiful. Rooms too are equally grand and comfortable. We had my sister's engagement last year and marriage this year in the same place. On both occasions we had such wide variety of food items and everything was awesome. Not a single complaint from any guest. Mr. Amit had been really very helpful and generous with all the arrangements - deciding of the menu, food tasting, room and hall bookings as well as any other runtime requirements. I went to jodhpur with my father. My father is an end stage cancer patient and often requires wheelchair assistance when moving around huge properties. I was greatly disappointed upon coming here. I went to the concierge to ask for a wheelchair for 2-3 hours. To my surprise i was given the most shocking reply, “sir we have only one wheelchair and we cannot give that for so long. In case any other guest requires one then we don’t have more”. I still insisted on seeing the wheelchair quality and upon searching for 5-10 mins in the store full of dust they took out one wheelchair which was not actually a wheelchair. It was a potty chair with wheels and the potty hole was covered woth a seat to somehow solve the purpose. The hotel room number promotes wheelchair friendly rooms and cannot even buy a proper wheelchair. It was very much understaffed. The property has 2 lifts for guests and they only keep one functional which makes it very difficult.

This is my Family. This was our first trip together as family as my daughter was born in Covid and we avoided travelling. I booked my hotel as “Indana Palace - The “5” Star hotel paying 25,600 for 3 nights in October for February holidays. Due to omicron had to shift to March 1 to 4th. My hotel the so called palace called me just before our travel start date to state that some Millionaire has booked the hotel for his daughter’s wedding and since he has booked all rooms so having 1 room assigned to a “Normal AAM AADMI” would be a non-sense arrangement. I accepted their term and they booked my stay in another hotel. But the horror didn’t stop there…
The staff didn’t bother to cater to us. My daughter is 18 months old and we needed hot milk in our room which was conveniently denied by staff stating non availability of staff
The rooms were pathetic. The wedding guys were drunk and making noise which was clearly disturbing our sleep. I complained but hotel said “sir shaadi hai thodi to pareshaani jhel lijiye aap bhi”
Jet in bathroom was having no force at all, shower was jammed, no water in taps etc
In short this is not a 5 star hotel. I highly urge you to please stay away from this palace if u are a common man.

We had a beautiful, very generous sized room overlooking the inner courtyard. We visited the bar but it was rather spoilt by loud music which didn't seem appropriate for any of the guests drinking. The restaurant had a really good menu choice in the buffet and the staff were very attentive. The hotel had massive, extravagant communal areas. In the evening there was a puppet show and some Indian dancing in the central courtyard which was fun.

As a family we are traveling around Rajasthan for 12 days and our stop at Jodhpur for two nights was at Indana. Not having heard of the hotel earlier, our expectations weren’t high. But the stay at the hotel took us by surprise. The check-in process was fast, housekeeping was super fast for a large property, and the in room dining service was efficient (food / tea always served quick and hot). The room is quite big, bed comfortable, linen and sheets clean. The only restaurant Anghiti is spacious and has a good breakfast spread and a live counter. The food is tasty.
Importantly, there is a shop in the premises for textiles and handicrafts, reasonably priced and a good collection. So if there isn’t time to visit the city for shopping, this is a good alternative
The hotel is ideal for weddings as it has a beautiful courtyard.
It’s important to have own transport as the hotel is located in the city suburbs.
Room for improvement: 1) The front office can be more welcoming and genial, though I must admit they are courteous and efficient 2) Room cleanliness: 6/10 3) Bathroom towels and essentials: not upto 5 star standards
Overall, an excellent stay.

The hotel, it’s rooms and food are great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast also has a good spread. It is a bit away from the city, but doesn’t take more than 10-15 minutes to reach the central area of the city by car. There’s also a shop in the hotel selling clothes and handicrafts etc, most items are reasonably priced, some are a bit expensive. There were also cultural performances in the evening which were lovely. In all, it’s a place worth staying if you don’t mind staying a bit away from the city.
P.S. : Fighter jets and civilian aircraft do pass over the hotel, but it’s not a major issue (that’s a personal opinion).

I stayed at Indana palace Jodhpur in the month of March before the lockdown. The hotel was at best like a lodge. The property was not at all maintained. Rooms were not properly cleaned. Most of the toiletries were either missing or half empty. The lights of the corridor were also turned off and so was the fountain in the central courtyard. The shameful thing is they try to market themselves as 5 star, but this is not even 1 star hotel. This is way outside the city in a village. Please stay away from this dump and save your money.

We stayed in Indana Palace, Jodhpur in the last week of December 2022. The overall facade of the building is impressive and it gives you an impression of a very luxury palatial hotel.
Once we got there however, the place felt severely understaffed. Initially, there was no one to help us with our luggage from our car once we arrived. I had to check in first for them to even assign someone who would take out our luggage from my car. While the lobby area looked grand, it felt somewhat deserted. A plastic bottle was lying within the centre fountain of the lobby and no staff had noticed or bothered to remove it. The behaviour of the reception staff was also rather cold and was not welcoming at all.
Our room was well appointed and spacious. We had a large balcony and a view of the Umaid Bhawan Palace. The only problem with the room however was that the air conditioning was locked to heater mode. The room was getting stuffy and upon asking the hotel to change my room’s AC to cooling mode, they informed me that it was not possible. Also, since the hotel is located near a military airport, you are frequently disturbed by extremely loud military jets taking off/landing, even at the middle of the night.
The food options at the restaurant were plentiful but the quality was poor at best. The food appeared to be stale and the taste reflected the same. Further, the behaviour of the restaurant staff was rather unprofessional in the sense that they would often be loudly chit chatting amongst themselves without paying attention to their customers. Their attitude did not compliment the overall palatial nature of the hotel.
Overall, I think the group has invested heavily in the building and have completely forgotten to invest in training their staff. While the hotel looks good and the rooms are decent enough, I strongly feel that your money will be better spent in a different hotel in the city.

Do not go for Package that includes all your meals, better order separately as per your need, They have ton of options. Prefer eating Dal takda- Rice, Gaate ki sabji- Roti. Do try Rajbhog at a local mithwala.
