Lovely hotel, well kept, public spaces were wonderful and filled with museum quality pieces. Our room was fine - could have used a design refresh, but perfectly clean and comfortable. great central location
We went to this place on a friend's recommendation and would definitely recommend it to others. We visited the rooftop restaurant in night hours. View of Mehrangarh fort was beautiful from there. Approach to this place is not inconvenient but parking is a concern. Food was nice. Our assistant, Mr. Bharat, was very polite, joyful and friendly. Apart from serving us, he also gave us insights about the place and surroundings. He also guided us about nearest cab and rikshaw points on our way back. The overall time spent there was mesmerizing. Certain occurrences at that place were breathtaking and once-in-a-lifetime kind of experience.
I stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms were spacious with beautiful interiors giving a feel of traditional haveli style rooms. A subtleness of modern theme makes it an excellent fusion. Food was delicious. All the key places like mehrangarh fort, old jodhpur market, clock tower are just at walking distance. I enjoyed every bit of the haveli and would definitely stay here during my next trip also.
A beautiful hotel located in the heart of the bazaar hustle and bustle but retaining the architecture of the old world charm.. very unique and beautifully maintained property.. highly recommend the laal Maas from their resturant.. good service and staff.
Very friendly staff. Good quality food. Roof top restaurant gives very good view of Fort. Though located right in heart o a market, noise is low compared to Jhankar Haveli. Nice Room. Value for money.
+ beautiful old haveli + nice view from the roof top restaurant Indique.. we hung out here around sunset with drinks and then followed it with dinner + Rooms are spacious + Bathrooms are super clean with shower area separated by glass + The common areas were very beautiful + it’s right in the middle of the city centre so close to everything + breakfast was tasty.. Puri bhaji and coffee was very good. . Laundry was expensive but done well - vegetarian Rajasthani Food from Indique was just ok.. nothing exceptional. Do try Bhavani dal bati churma ( we took an autoriksha to get there from the haveli ) for authentic and super yum dal bati Try lassi, American coffee and pizza at Sam’s art cafe next to the step well. ( walkable from haveli )
Careful about booking at this hotel. Pal Haveli refused to refund my deposit even though I canceled the reservation the next day and it was more than one week before the date of arrival. The deposit is substantial and only a partial compensation was given by offering a diner at their restaurant. On the other hand, the hotel restaurant was a nice option for dining in the old part of town with a view to the fort.
we had heard about the place for its food and view of mehrangarh fort.. but sadly.. the food was pathetic, too oily and tasted damn bad.. as if they dont even know how to prepare basic sabji roti.. it was very expensive as well.. overall experience was very bad and i would never suggest anyone to go visit there.. coz it ruined out entire evening
Pal haveli hotel is a very lovely heritage property in the heart of the old city. This must rate as one of the best hotels in which I have stayed. The heritage quality of this hotel is breathtakingly beautiful. The rooms are tastefully designed with all the modern touches you need. The property itself is visually stunning with beautiful murals, antiques and seating nooks around every corner and I highly recommend checking out the rooftop restaurant it gives a beautiful view of Mehrangarh fort nd bird-eye view of old city. Our experience here was outstanding in every respect. Highly recommend
On arrival greeted with drinks and cakes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with ever facility one could need. We slept very well, comfortable bed. As well as in our room outside there were several areas for relaxing in, comfortable interesting surroundings. Very good food for dinner and breakfast, where we had the best masala omelettes in our months stay in India. Very well placed for exploring Jodphur and with it being near the Clock Tower for a focal point.
