The Taj Hari Mahal is very beautiful. It has very royal and heritage ambience which connect its guests with the royal culture of Rajasthan. The services provided are just like One is living in an ancient kingdom. Along with all these royalties this five star hotel is well equipped with modern amenities.The food offered here is served with all delicacies and along with proper hygiene and sanitization. In such a pandemic time there arrangement for the guests was very well managed and all the screening and safety measures were performed efficiently. The staff here is very efficient and talented. They performed their duties with cent percent dedication and politiness.

I had stayed at Taj Hari Mahal for 1 night, but that 1 night stay was so comfortable, specially the staff is very welcoming and humble. They’ll make you feel comfortable as well. Even my parents were also happy with the stay, and was very impressed by the staff at the breakfast. In these difficult times, the hotel maintained strict safety measures. Hand sanitisers were placed at strategic points all over the hotel and the hand sanitizer and masks were also placed in the room. Also, last but not the least, we have a garden view room, so waking up to this view feels very refreshing in morning.

We spent 5 days/ 4 nights in this regal hotel as a quick getaway from Delhi. We decided to travel inspite of the pandemic in light of the reputation that the Taj brand has built for itself. Needless to say, we were not disappointed!
The entire property and the individual rooms have a royal look and feel. Well manicured lawns, heritage decor, and a gorgeous pool are the hallmarks of this hotel. The staff and all guests were taking all the necessary Covid precautions including wearing masks, constant sanitization of all common areas, as well as the availability of hand sanitizers in the rooms and common areas.
We enjoyed all our meals at the hotel restaurant. It was a buffet offering with a good spread with something for everyone.
Having traveled and stayed at many hotels around the world, what stood out about this stay is the hospitality of the entire team. We were warmly greeted by every member of their team every time we stepped out of our room.
The front desk staff led by Mr Lokinder stuck a personal rapport with us, and went above and beyond to engage with us and answer all our questions.
The restaurant has an outstanding team with the highest standards of service. Some of the team members including Mr Deelip, Ms Pooja and Mr Gaje catered to us with a smile at every meal.
The hotel has shops that are reasonably priced for any shopping.
The hotels’ in house travel desk is led by an outstanding individual- Mr Bhupinder. He was very attentive to our requirements, and arranged several outings based on our schedule and our sightseeing/shopping preferences. We would highly recommend him!
All in all, a great stay to beat the blues and experience the renowned Marwari hospitality, courtesy of the staff at this outstanding hotel. Kudos and keep it up!

This is my 2nd day at Taj Hari Mahal and with sheer disappointment I had to put this review here. Coming from Suryagarh Jaisalmer this is a sub par hotel with poor service and in-courteous staff. To share my experience the breakfast buffet spread is at par with any 4 star hotel which is further derogated by service quality where we had to wait for a cup of coffee for 30 mins. All the basic amenities (considering covid) like kids room etc are closed whereas other hotels in Jodhpur are operating the same. On asking and explaining why other hotels in Jodhpur have these basic things open, the team informs us that it is a Taj call to keep it closed. I would never ever be staying in a Taj property ever again as they are using Covid as a measure for cost saving both on food front and on facilities. BTW just to add the pool is also closed and we see labour working in pool area during the day. Imagine paying 20k INR plus to see labour in fron of your room. Utterly dissatisfied.

I am Geetanshi Lamba, and I celebrated my 21st Birthday at Marwar by Taj. Because of the ongoing pandemic, I was very apprehensive about going anywhere out, but their services were on point and clean. For any doubts that I had regarding the party, I was calling Mr. Dilip, and he was always available to pick up my call, and cleared my doubts with utmost patience. There were sanitizers kept everywhere, guys who were serving wore gloves and masks at all times. They didn’t put food on our plates directly just placed them on our table to avoid contact. Above everything, the food was absolutely delicious. And their chocolate cake was best as ever. I would really recommend that you all visit Taj. Be safe! Take care!

This was our first visit to Jodhpur we planned To Stay in Taj Hari Mahal and our decision was great because Excellent location superb service great food
Special Thanks To Mr. Ranjeet Rathore Mr. Ajay Kumar and their team for providing us with mouthwatering dishes. Their Rajasthani dishes were to die for and their deserts like bullseye, Rabri, emarti, crispy jalebi made our stay unforgettable.
This corona period had us worried before but as soon as we entered the hotel all our worries disappeared. They were sanitising regularly and were also providing us masks and sanitizer.
Hats off to the taj Hari mahal team for making our stay safe and comfortable. Everyone was going out of their way to help us. We would love to experience it again.

We were unable to stay at Umaid Bhawan and stayed three nights here. This place took us by pleasant surprise. Some specific thoughts below.
We typically use the hotel travel desk/concierge for local sightseeing. At Harimahal, we were met with Bhupinder who took the time to listen to our needs, gave his honest and candid perspective and allowed us to choose. He ensured our local sightseeing went seamlessly and overall it was outstanding, thanks to his suggestions and tweaks to our plans.
Importantly, he always stuck to time, which could be a luxury in the Indian context. 6:30 AM meant 6:30 AM - this quality in him is admirable. He also gave us some suggestions that were invaluable and allowed us to either manage expectations, or plan our sightseeing better. Point being, if you end up in this hotel, ask for Bhupinder for travel related stuff and you will be in good hands.
We had Panne Singh drive us around, who was one of the best, if not the best hotel driver we have had, in our travels in India. I say this in the context of the fact that we
typically stay at Taj and Oberoi properties and always use hotel cars for driving around. Panne Singh was courteous, punctual, offering top-notch service and trustworthy. We offered some cash to him for lunch one day, which he refused politely and was insistent that he had allowances from the hotel and did not take the money. Point also being, if you want someone to drive you around, ask for Panne Singh.
Other folks who come to mind, are Giriraj at reception, Kanhaiyya, the housekeeper for the floor, and someone at the restaurant whose name I unfortunately forgot (apologies to him if he is reading this). He was very attentive to us at breakfast and filled out chai cups before they were empty!! Front desk staff, the duty manager and others were all attentive and receptive to our requests. Learning we would be traveling to Jaipur by road which is a ~7 hour drive, all the folks were respectfully but firmly offering to pack food for the road for our comfort.
Overall, good stay and would definitely recommend.

It is a beautiful property, very elegant. The dining room and food were excellent.
I was very impressed by their covid related precautions. It is customary to have some toiletries provided, but Taj has added both individually wrapped masks and personal bottle of hand sanitizer.
The wifi could use a boost and in-room dining had limited menu options during off hours, otherwise fantastic.

Taj Hari Mahal doesn’t match up to the “Tajness” that I am used to. Also, its not worth the amount that they charge per night.AC in the hotel is set between 22.5 to 23. The room gets really hot in the night in the duvets. Fan helps but I wouldn’t pay that much amount if I can’t set up my room AC according to my wish. I saw other customers also complaining about the same. First day we had to change the room because there was smoke smell in the room. After one day the housekeeping guy sprayed so much room freshner in the room, it got unbreathable. I got a sore throat in the morning. This hotel has low standards and not comparable to taj. Staff sometimes wear masks sometimes they don’t. Most of thier masks are under their nose and loosely fit and are always on the way down. I will report this matter to Taj Headquarters because I wasted my money on this property.

On our Road Trip To Jaisalmer from New Delhi, We decided to stay at Hari Mahal to Celebrate my friend anniversary and to Explore the Beautiful Blue City Jodhpur.
Hari Mahal is a Lovely Palace & among the renowned properties in the heart of Jodhpur.
All the Hotel Staffs are very Courteous, Rooms are Fresh and all Covid Safety Protocols are followed by them.
There is a bit of disappointed with the Morning Buffet breakfast in terms of its taste because we love Spicy food.
But in the end we love to give 5 Star to this Lovely Property & all the staff members who ensures our safety as well as great Hospitality.
