Hello, i am visiting them for 3rd time..n stayed for 4days. This place must be added to your bucket list. my friend was mesmerized with the beauty of the place. I personally feel at home here . . Mr.Jitender shekhawat,Gm of the property and staff attend so quickly to the concern raised.. thank you. Waking up in the morning early and walking around the property is so blissful.. hearing the 🦚 peacock, 🦜 parrots, monkeys..and the fragrance of Jasmine and Neem flowers.. Horses and other beautiful birds wooh.. This place has so much to offer. Pl take the food suggestions from kitchen senior or Mr Jitender.. they churned out yummy 😋 local delicacy and biriyani. I must mention Our Auto Bhaiya Shakur Khan ( 9414186883 )recommend by Hotel.. he is a Good Gentleman and we two women felt so comfortable and he is a Good Guide too. We did not Miss the Car .. we had first time experience of going to Airport by Auto.…
Hotel is huge spread across 50 acres. Lush green and scenic beauty with peacoks all around. Rooms are small and not well maintained. Bathrooms are ok. The food at Kebab restaurant was not upto mark since kebabs were not tasty and burned. This seems bit costly hotel compared to facilities provided.
The property is amazing but does not reflect the Hospitality Standard of Welcome ITC Hotels. The rooms, service and breakfast menu needs upgradation. The dinner at the open air restaurant was wonderful with live music by a local musician. The lake with its sunset viewpoint was enthralling. The old palace and grounds are rich in heritage and trees are huge.....
We stayed in the suite. The suites and the palace are beautiful and it feels like living in a museum. The sunset view from the palace is beautiful. The property is set in a large area with lot of greenery. The different species of birds that you can see around is truly amazing. The property is very peaceful and the only noises are those of the birds. The service is exceptional and Mr Shekhawat the General Manger is very helpful. We enjoyed all the meals and it is a joy to eat in the open air restaurant. We did not step out of the property during our short stay of two nights. Would have loved to stay longer !!!
We stayed here for 2nights and left feeling we should have stayed a bit more. The property is huge and very well maintained. The food was delicious and they had a great open lawn restaurant in the evening. They have a large stable of horses which kids enjoyed riding and feeding various horses. There are lots peacocks roaming in the property and nearby the room which made us feel like royalty. One of the best places to stay at jodhpur.
We stayed here for 3 nights. The resort by itself is huge. It has a private lake inside and it's beautiful The garden and the entire area around thr resort is really pretty. The staff is very sweet and friendly. The food was good too. Esp the diwali dinner in the open lawn. We just loved it. Mr surendar ensured we had a great dinner. The staff at the restaurant is also very helpful. Pyaz kachoris on one of the days were tooo good. Better than janta and Rawats. The only peev is the rooms. They need to spend some money on upgrading the rooms. The linen towels etc need to be refurbished. Bathroom too needs some maintenance n upgrading. Otherwise it is a fantastic property.
My wife, daughter, and I stayed at the Bal Samand Lake Palace for four nights recently. We spent some time sightseeing in and around Jodhpur but the time we spent in the property was the highlight of our trip. The property was everything we could have hoped for and more. The accomodation, the food, the hospitality, the staff, the location and the grounds, everything and everyone was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend the Bal Samand Lake Palace highly enough. Thank you Jitender , Preeti, Bijender and everyone else for making our stay at the property so very memorable.
It's a pretty late review but had to give it. Stayed here in Nov 2016 for 2nights on my husband's bday. Excellent hospitality, beautiful property, nature at yor door step every day. Royal Rajasthani hospitality is what you get from the staff, really well behaved. We went for pretty late breakfast & just asked if they had sausages which they said was finished but their head/supervisor immediately arranged it for us with a big smile. Superb lal maash out door dining romantic dinner in early winter. Beautiful horses in stable and the caretaker so graciously showed us each horse and answered all our Q's.... Everything about this place is beautiful and brings back good memories...
Visited this place for celebrating a birthday, I had booked a dinner. The place is just amazing and we enjoyed a lot. They serve excellent food and hospitality is remarkable from entire team. Special mention for the General manager Mr Jitendra Shekhawat, this gentleman knows the tricks of his trade and his team is equally motivated to attend the guests. He made us very comfortable and attended us in best way possible. Mr Shekhawat arranged everything in an almost perfect style be it a visit to the stable or lake or guiding us on the route to take a stroll in this huge property. The hotel offers a great abode of nature and a setting that sets apart this experience uniquely. All of us loved it so much that we are already thinking to organize next family gathering. I was left wanting to come here again and take a dip in the beautiful swimming pool next time. Last but not least, the candle light dinner in garden was surreal.…
Bal Samand Lake Palace is an amazing resort for adults and kids. It is full of beautiful nature adventures mixed with super food experience. The kids loved the horse ridings and it was wonderful to follow how the horses were trained and maintained. The staff is amazing!!! The peaceful beautiful surroundings with amazing animals, mixed with lovely food experience and staff and manager makes this hotel resort just perfect! We highly recommend this stay.
