This is 472 year old home (haveli) formally used by a brahmin family who served as a priest for the royal family temples. The homesay feature five boutique suites with indisval a/c and balcony converted from the home stay. All the suites decortaed with ancient sand stone carved and 6 to 11 windows OFFERING natural light brahmin family rooftop restaurant serving vegetarian food with relaxed atmosphere. Sand stone jaroka with beautiful carving.

Myself and my partner stayed here for 2 nights and I must say it was one of the highlights of our trip around rajasthan. The rooms were like something out of an alladin film with colourful rooms and massive stone pillars. The rooftop view was simply breathtaking! An incredible view of the blue city and fort. Tasty food and the staff were so helpful. 100‰ recommend for an authentic jodhpur experience.

Juna Mahal was a very nice hotel in Jodhpur. Very well located to visit Jodhpur old city while being isolated from noise, the room was nicely decorated and the service very very nice with us. Finally, the roof top restaurant offers a marvellous view which makes you fall in love with the Blue City. We definitively recommend this place to enjoy Jodhpur.

Juna Mahal is a small boutique homestay in a quiet neighbourhood. It is located in a house once owned by priests and more then 350 years old. The room we had was nicely decorated and cosy. It is definitly worth to have tasteful dinner at the guesthouse itself. The breakfast on the other hand is not so special. The services offered are fine, but often requests needed to be followed up by ourselfs, as things can be forgotten sometimes. Last but not least we liked the location of the homestay. It is near all the main attractions and from the rooftof we had a nive view on the fort. In general, we had a nice stay.

Definitely the best place we have stayed so far in terms of facilities - very clean, excellent rooms, comfy beds. Staff were very helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to accomodate you. It's a bit of a walk to the centre (10-15mins) which is a bit difficult in low season with the heat. The one time we ate at the restaurant for breakfast the food was inedible - im not sure if this was just a once off however I wouldn't eat there again - would definitely stay there when I return though!

Everyone at Juna Mahal looked after us so well during our stay here. They were attentive and kind, going to great lengths to make sure we had an amazing time in Jodhpur. The property itself is in a great location, with a fantastic view of the fort and within walking distance of Jodhpur's main attractions. The rooftop restaurant is a great place for an evening meal and to meet fellow travellers! Thank you, Juna Mahal!

We had a lovely experience at the Juna Mahal Guesthouse. Very clean, calming and unique homestay with beautiful and convenient rooftop restaurant. Note that the location is very congested and is only accessible by foot or auto-rickshaw. Also, Booking.com indicates that they accept card as payment, but we discovered that that is only when the owner is present. This put us in a bit of a pinch as we checked out when he was out of town. Staff is kind and very helpful. Overall a good experience.

Such a beautiful house, a lovely family and a clean, beautiful room! We had a lovely stay here, only wishing we could stay longer. The room was very clean and had beautiful decorations. Good value! A very nice restaurant with great Fort view. Would highly recommend this guest house. Couldn't fault it!

Everything within Mr. Joshi's hotel is to an immaculate standard. The decor truly is of another age and really contributes to the feel and ambience of this lovely homestay. They staff are warm and welcoming, boasting surreal breathtaking views from their wonderful rooftop restaurant. Will definitely stay again!

I am very glad to have stayed in Juna Mahal! I completely loved the hotel, it was definitely one of the best I've ever stayed in my life! Everything is great, the rooms are completely perfect, the bed is so comfortable and the decoration is unique! Besides that, they have an incredible rooftop with the most amazing view! The owner of this hotel is also so kind, he made everything to make us happy! I'm so glad to have stayed there! Thank you for everything!
