Established in 1969 by the Late Thakur Manvendra Singh and Late Thakurani Jayendra Kumari, The Rohet House is our family home in Jodhpur, a beloved haven amidst the bustling modernity of Rajasthan’s second largest city. Spread across 14,000 sq. feet, this private property has been lovingly developed into a Luxury Residence featuring six Suites and two Rooms, a spectacular swimming pool, a beautifully appointed plush dining room, inviting lounges and verandas and a lush garden. The Rohet House is the latest addition to our family run bouquet of intimate, experiential properties under the “House of Rohet” umbrella. Our properties – Rohet Garh (The ancestral seat of the family since 1622 AD and one of the leading heritage hotels in the country today), and Mihir Garh (our luxury boutique property in the desert, and thrice voted the world’s best boutique hotel!) have constantly strived for excellence, and pushed the boundaries of hospitality and service to another level. At The Rohet House, we stay committed to taking our legacy of impeccable service and endearing hospitality to even greater heights. The Rohet House has been renovated and refurbished with great love and care, and an unmatched eye for detail. There is a subtle, but significant ingredient in the design blueprint of The Rohet House. With the present Thakurani Rashmi Singh’s astute sense of refinement, quiet opulence and intelligent restraint, the aesthetics of The Rohet House stand for harmony and balance between the traditional and the contemporary. As a result, The Rohet House absorbs the best of both worlds and presents itself as a vibrant and invigorating modern-day sanctuary, steeped in the richness and grace of older, perhaps simpler and certainly more profound times. The beautifully appointed rooms, lounges and dining room are adorned with exquisite hand painted frescoes. The underlying theme of Rohet House is 'Krishna '. His subtle presence adorns every room and living space, as he cradles the house in his embrace. The Rohet House has always possessed this incredible positive vibe….lifting the spirit during difficult times, and exuding a comforting warmth and a reassuring sense of security. It tends to attract people and induces joy all around. It has been witness to many a grand party and treasures beautiful memories of fun and good times. Today, in its new avatar, The Rohet House beckons. At every step, the hallmark of The Rohet House is the discovery of special detail - inviting and inclusive, yet intimate, giving you the freedom to interpret as you will, so that you truly feel at home here.

From the moment my friends and I entered to when we left - we were looked after so well and made to feel extremely comfortable. The walls are adorned with the most exquisite murals, that make spending time outside the room as enriching as the room is soothing to sleep in. Each themed room, painting and picture has a story. I would definitely recommend the thalis at their restaurant for lunch - I could not get enough of the lal maas and helped myself to two servings of each dish on the plate. The dessert was the highlight - a simple and salivating combination of gulab jamun and ice cream. The staff was incredible - they made us feel so at ease and catered to all our needs. They even gave us a comprehensive itinerary of all the historic street food spots around the city for us to visit. At night the property was tranquil, and a pleasure to walk around. The check out experience was also incredibly smooth and I cannot recommend this place enough.

The stay was very comfortable. Big and spacious room. Very clean. The breakfast we had was terrible. Poha had sauf and was reheated and served to us . Hash browns too were heated again and were rubbery couldn’t cut through them. Paratha was mainly dough no onion. Om ji however was very cooperative and helpful all through out our stay.

This is an absolutely lovely, small and unique hotel not a far drive from the Clock Tower in Jodhpur. Our room was pristine and had very amenity. It’s a nicely hidden gem away from the busy pace if you need a rest in between adventures, specially the pool midday. Food is great and the masala pancake great! My only recommendation is that some of the staff may be a bit overly attentive. Also, we notified the staff we were dining outside in the evening and they were quite upset about that when we took a taxi into the city. I would love this hotel to succeed— the staff is fabulous.

Tastefully designed and executed Haveli, a blissful haven located conveniently in the heart of Jodhpur. The rooms/suites were well designed with all amenities. Service was royal yet warm, fulfilling all small requests. We enjoyed High Tea with excellent masala chai! The lounge areas, pool and dining areas were ideal size making it very homely.

This is a small hotel that punches above its weight. It was once a private mansion, and the owners still keeps an appartment here. The suites are luxurious in the things that matter - not a logpile of cushions on the bed for which a home has to be found at night. They are tastefully decorated, efficiently planned, and our room had a quiet sitting area tucked back from the small but pretty garden around the pool. Dining could be taken outdoor by a hot brazier. We stayed during an exceptionally chill January spell of weather and this was a welcome luxury. The food was excellent, and the service could only be faulted by being a little too attentive at times.

This property is a peaceful oasis in the hart of chaotic Jodpur. Going from the loud busy streets into this beautiful quiet property is like ascending to heaven! The property is extremely well decorated and very cozy! Like it's sister property Mihir Garh, the service is impeccable and the staff are super friendly. The restaurant has excellent food of all types and it will never leave you wanting! I 100% recommend this property to anyone visiting Jodpur. It is hands down to best place you could chose in the city!
