Please don't stay here , one of the 3RD Class service I have not seen ever. It felt like all self service, for anything you have to come from your room to the reception ...for soap, to get water, to start TV, hot water. No response on call The name is international, but worse than service local.

It is a good clean hotel with spacious room providing all facilities. Depending on booking plan breakfast can be included. Breakfast buffet is very good. It is a pure vegetarian place but has a bar. There is no restaurant and food is made available by room service. Location is very central with many branded shops and restaurants around. I have only one suggestion for the management. Please provide a shower curtain in the bathing area. The whole bathroom gets wet after bath. There is no rack to keep soap in bathing area which makes it even worse. Wet granite floor is too dangerous for the guests and this needs to be taken care of urgently. Otherwise it is a real value for money place.

I wish I had a rating in minus I would have definitely given them! Worst pathetic stay! The front desk doesn't know how to talk to a guest they think they are paying us to stay at their hotel. They didn't provide the room they promised and then give smaller room at the same price! The washroom doors don't lock! Honest review please never book. A room at this place it's disgusting! Travellers have a good choice and don't make the mistake I made. they gave me a smaller room and the staff is very rude! I didn't want this to happen to my parents on their trip to Rajasthan. the front desk person said we don't have a problem in our rooms it's the guests! how dare he! and he is arguing that our bathroom doors are fine! the lock is broken how is that fine?

I have just call this hotel on for booking a room. They have the manner-less attendee. Was not expecting such person who is first person to speck in such hotels. Firstly i have told him no issues i will see some other options, but I called again as it was in a area i preferred. This time the attendee told me "Sir you did not want to book na? You can see some other hotels. ". What the hell? If you dont want to rent out your rooms close your hotels. Useless, Manner-less person 0 STAR from my side

Staff is so rude. On time checking is not available. Food is not up to the mark. Even hotel staff cheated on false bills. Not professional as a hospitality sector. So many service issues I faced over there. Worst experience I faced in my life.

This is one of the worst hotels in the city. Ironically shares the wall of Gypsy Restaurant, arguably the most famous food joint in the town. This hotel have spacious rooms with no amenities, food is pathetic and services and staff is stubborn.

I have to say that this has been one of my most wonderful stays ever. I checked into the hotel on 23rd December 2017, I'd booked 2 rooms. I was supposed to have got in by 7:30 am, unfortunately my train had got cancelled and I got a bus which reached at 6 am. I had called the hotel in advance and they had assured me that I could get an early check in by 8 am. But due to the problems of the train I was there by 6:30am, my mother also unfortunately had a nasty fall in the bus. The hotel staff was just out of the world. They immediately checked me in. The rooms were an absolute delight, I felt like i"d checked in a 5 star deluxe. The rooms were really clean, the bathrooms were absolutely wonderful. The staff throughout the stay was very helpful, they even dressed the wound my mother had. The breakfast was again nice it was a mix of North Indian and South Indian. Apart from Corn flakes and toast. One thing (and I'll say I'm being picky), is that I wish they could have had cold milk to go with the corn flakes. I had booked a smaller room the next day, as I was going to check out at 10pm, but the manager was really wonderful, and he told me that I could continue in the same room. I would like to in this case mention both the night duty as well as the day duty managers, they were so wonderful and nice always making sure that my stay was comfortable. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the hotel staff from the managers onwards, including the restaturant staff who were always smiling and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel in future too. And I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I stayed at this hotel in October, Its very nice hotel placed not far from center of Jodhpur. The rooms are ok. Do not expect however anything that you'd get for this money in any other place. The staff is very friendly.
