Very spacious room with all the comfort you need during stay,very nice bathroom, mouthwatering food, very humble staff and great service. I would like to personally recommend this place for friends and family. Once you wake-up and come out from your room you would love to stay out side your room and walk around the property. Very calm and a place with great ambiance. I stayed here almost 06 times and love to stay again and again.

This is my second visit to Rajasthan, and their hospitality and warmth never fails to amaze me. However, my experience at Marugarh took it to a whole new level. The staff here is exceptionally courteous and friendly, making me feel at home. They were proactive and attentive to even the smallest details truly making it an unforgettable experience. The property is vast, gorgeous and very tastefully designed.

Service was not so good. It takes nearly 1 hour to place extra bed. Ambience is so good but service needs to be improved. Other resorts do have gaming zone but in this resort there is nothing for entertainment apart from pool. Breakfast spread was good

The hotel is geared to loud partying & groups and not for a solo traveler. I booked it as I thought it would be quiet - given it is situated in a quiet part of the city. However on my last night the hotel started playing loud music under my room in the night. Eventually they stopped it after complaining but the loud music was still coming and they turned a deaf ear to the noise which was coming from one of their rooms. Eventually I had to find where the music was coming from & stop it. It was a very traumatic experience and the hotel staff was not bothered as they cater to this loud party clientale. The main reason one takes a hotel like this is because it is advertised as a peaceful spa and resort. Though it is only 12kms outside the city there appears to be a collusion with taxi drivers. the price is 3 times more than what it should be.

I recently stayed at Maruguard Resort in Jodhpur, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Here are the reasons why:
1. Service Quality: The resort staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. Requests for essentials like towels and toiletries were met with delays and indifference. Special mention of Ms Damini Paliwal, she was very rude and unprofessional.
2. Cleanliness : The rooms were poorly maintained. Dusty furniture, stained linens, and cobwebs in corners were common sights. It felt like the housekeeping staff had forgotten their duties.
3. Amenities: The promised amenities were either missing or subpar. The pool was murky, the gym equipment outdated, and the Wi-Fi barely functional.
4. Food: The restaurant's menu was limited, and the quality of food was below average. Cold, tasteless dishes arrived after long waits.
5. Overall Atmosphere: The ambiance lacked warmth. The resort grounds were unkempt, and the overall vibe was gloomy.
In summary, Maruguard Resort failed to meet even basic expectations. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a comfortable stay in Jodhpur.

Had visited this hotel with my wife, we had a pleasant stay,it was just for a day but would have love to spend more days. Pros: Its situated away from the city as in one end of the city but that’s good if u r looking for quite place.
Cons: The fittings in my room were not properly fitted in bathroom, also I think they still finishing the rooms
Also the packaged drinking water is limited as in 2bottles-500ml I guess for the charge they take,atleast this can be complimentary over two bottles
Before this we stayed in Jaipur hotel, and they provided the water complimentary.
These small things do matter sometime
But overall it was a comfortable stay.
The breakfast spread is good, live counter and other options are good.
Would definitely recommend if u r looking for calm and peaceful environment to spend the time with ur family or ur wife alone.

I visited Marugarh in 2016 with my family and now in 2021 I visited it again and they have done fabulously well by maintaining it so beautifully. Very nice ambience and also courteous staff. Breakfast was also very good. Whenever I will visit Jodhpur I will stay in Marugarh only

Horrible is an understatement. Can you imagine a 4 star hotel without hot water in the washrooms and mosquitoes flying around in the rooms. Yes, thats Marugadh Resort and Spa for you. Service - Pathetic (unprofessional staff, impolite and irresponsible.) We stayed at 703 and 704 room numbers on 27.03.2024 to 29.03.2024 (2 nights). We complained about the hot water issue at 4 pm on 27.03.2024 before we stepped out of the hotel. When we arrived at 9 pm, the issue was not even addressed or attended to. After we checked the status the person came after a long time and was working till 11 pm (still issue was not resolved). The hotel staff asks do you need water now - as if the problem is not in the hotel but the problem is with us that we are asking for hot water. After paying 7,000 a night per room the hotel cant provide hot water, clean water in swimming pool and decent quality wifi; its a shame. To resolve the issue of hot water, the hotel staff showed us sympathy and change of room was provided. The new rooms had other issues - Fridge was not working and telephone was also not working; they took again 2 hours to repair them. So basically we were the Genie Pigs to let the hotel know the faults in their rooms. To sum it up, I deeply regret booking the hotel. The hotel rooms are very old and does not look like the owners/management are interested in upkeep and improvement.

We stayed for 3 nights for a wedding. They have very spacious grounds and ambience for wedding. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
The rooms are spacious and well arranged for privacy.
Since the property is away from city getting cabs can be a problem at times. Avoid cabs arranged thru hotel staff, they charge double the price of OLA.
