The building is spectacular, and the room spacious and comfortable. Easy 30 minute walk to the fort, through typically eclectic streets and then up the hill to the main gate. The hotel has WiFi and two restaurants. Service on the rooftop restaurant was very very slow. Breakfast nothing to write home about. No fridge in the room, and no beer. Not a bad hotel, but could be a lot better without trying too much.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. It is located very central but its a quiet place. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with a great view over the city and fort. The rooftop terrace self is a little poor and it could be amazing with some more tables, chaires and decoration. Our complimentary breakfast was good. We had a nice and clean room, with a good bed. The shower was not good, almost no water coming out and full of scale, but really hot. The service personal was mostly friendly.

Arrived after a long drive from Jaipur to Jodhpur with a booking made the Manger or whatever the Judge on the front reception desk calls himself decided that he would refuse me a room based on the fact that my passport has mrs and I was travelling solo. I was left struggling to obtain another hotel late in the day. Pls never stay here don’t support this type of judgement. As I tried to explain many people from western cultures travel solo and also our passports are 10years so it could also be possible for the tourist to be a widow now. I understand completely and respect india has different standards to westerners but please also respect our freedom to travel as we wish and with whom we wish to travel . Paying the bill respecting the premises and the other hotel occupants should be the only stipulations by hotel staff to guests.

Horrible experience, we couldn't sleep all night, the music was loud until 4:30 in the morning, we asked to change the room and despite it being empty they refused, lousy breakfast, not even a piece of toast, a sandwich with a slice of cucumber and a tomato, the bedding was not up to date, a duvet and we were at 25 degrees, not even a sheet. Pretty dirty, they put a cup full of dirt on me, I tell him, he puts his fingers in it, scrubs it and puts it back in. While we were waiting for breakfast we saw a rat running down the kitchen hallway. All very disgusting for how beautiful it is. Unfriendly staff.

I reached the property late evening after a long 6hrs drive and after a wait of almost 30 minutes,was losing my cool but their manager Hussain wanted me to stay calm for another 10 minutes. In the mean time there were other international guests who arrived and they were escorted within 5 minutes.One of the worst experience!! Cancel the booking there and moved to The Kothi Heritage!

We stayed here 1 day in Dec. It has the beautiful haveli architecture and rooms were with modern facilities. Rooms were very spacious. View from the roof top restaurant is beautiful at night. Bfast and Dinner were good. Many small details on the structure which is interesting to capture. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Jodhpur.
