Reached Jodhpur in a very good mood, had called the hotel on the way, but on reaching the hotel was disappointed, the rooms were dirty. The bed sheets were torn, the pillows were completely black, the second sheet was brought, it was also dirty, the fridge smelled bad, the TVs were old, there was no kettle in the room, no internet, even the water bottle was charged. Separately, cobwebs were hanging from the fan, argued with the manager for a long time, then called the booking site and canceled the booking, then found another hotel, overall this is a crap hotel, better than this one are even dharamshalas
Nice place to stay - the rooms are clean and the young team is very accommodating and cares about their guests! The breakfast as well as the coffee are also delicious! The Place is 10 Minuten from the Junction und around there you easy can find TukTuks or nice Chai Tee
We stayed there for two nights. It's just beside the road so at night busses , trucks , cars passing like it's in your room & horning . Rooms don't have electric kettle They sell even water in higher price Their resturant was closed & they were supposed to serve the breakfast in the room but their staff coming to work late & breakfast quality was not good. Location of hotel also is not good , far from all sceneries
Good.hotel cleans room good location near by airpot nice roof top restaurent food qulity is good .helfful staff and free wi fi faimly hotel good view roof top wash area location of hotel is nice service is also good. Staff is nice
We stayed here for 2 nights & did not find the hotel to be welcoming of guests. Staff were not friendly. We had to ask for basic necessities such as towels and toilet roll. When we checked in we were not told any key information e.g when and where the included breakfast was, the WiFi password, or any information at all. The WiFi is terrible throughout. The ‘restaurant’ has no atmosphere and the staff sit and listen to YouTube clips on their phone which results in the background noise, it needs at least some welcoming music. Overall, the hotel itself wasn’t too bad but the huge lack of customer service is what left us to not enjoy our stay.
I was stay in mouth of Jan with my friends. Food quality is super and room clean and well maintained. Hotel staff very familiar.food service also super Thank to all. I will recommend to all my friends.
I stayed many times in this hotel, the hotel is situated in good location, Rooms are very wide and clean, staffs are very friendly. I had dinner also in the restaurant food was very good . I recommends this hotel for stay.
The bed was really dirty: the sheets had blood and food spots, so disgusting! The hot water in the shower only worked in the morning and the water pressure wasn’t good at all. For breakfast you had only one option: Indian bread and some kind of rice, everything spicy, so for people like me that don’t eat spicy food was terrible. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Jodhpur, don’t choose this one, try to find something near the city center, because the location of this hotel is far away from the places you’ll wanna see.
I stayed at the hotel for a night. It was an okay-ish stay. The hotel staff were polite and responsible. The food was tasty too. However, it is located a bit far away from the old city (around 5kms) and the room i was in was a bit small to my liking.
The hotel has got nothing to get rated high, we do not have negative ratings available or else I would have opted for that. we visited the hotel this November 2018 and had a pathetic experience in Rajasthan. The plumbing and sewerage did not work on all the 3 rooms we booked, all the flushes weren't working. We called the room service several times but their response band service was below standards, most of the staffs were new local recruit who didn't knew hindi. No drinking water supply was available for the rooms. The rooms were extremely dusty, and the bedsheets blankets were untidy and unhygienic. There were mosquitoes in the room but not repellent was provided inspite of repeated pestering the staff members. They don't have hot kettle or glasses in the room as well. No chairs or balconies in the rooms. Some rooms didn't even have the curtains. The restaurant staff was also very unorganised and didn't have regular supply of drinking water. The lights in the rooms are extremely dim. We don't get regular supply of hot water, it's only supplied in the morning. To add up room 302 was extremely small in area, the phone extension was not working.…
