If u open a hotel u should take good care of it and ur guests also. Bt in this hotel manegement list bothered. Being a 3 star hotel it don't have any genaretor facility nd back up support. We check in here last night at 12 o'clock after almost 13hrs long journey. Hospitality was very poor and this hotel has a powercut issues, from last night to now we hd faces 2 times powercut issue nd manegement is very much comfortable with this situation.... We never gonna check in again here 😤😤😤😤😤

Very horrible experience ever they said it's 3 star hotel but they don't have even 1 star service they don't have tea coffee maker in the room no proper toiletries available in the bathroom overall experience was very bad not suggest to book this hotel it's not hyatt it's hayyat

Totally bogus services . Booked tents im SAM but after reaching there,its sidiculous. Hotel staff didnt help when SAM tent guys were misbehaving. When hotel staff contacted, Sir vahan ka ham kya kar sakte hai ..booking maine nhi usne ki hai

Hotel picture shown is not true picture. I had got the booing done through make my trip and felt cheated. Enty is through motor motor workshop area. There is no car parking area. No proper space for driver to sleep. Rooms were smelly. Only good thing was it's location but with so many negative points not worth place to stay.

They gave us choice of 2 nice rooms, they have cleaning service (only they forgot to do it in time) ha ha..nothing terrible they got it done quickly. The food was very good and traditional indian veges. Staff always pleasant. They even went out of there way to call and see if we were coming to dinner as we were out one night, was nice courtesy call. As with Gobibio . we got breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast was big indian breakfast every day, to get your day started right.

Stayed for 1 night.Hotel is not clean.Bathroom not in good order.food and staff ok.The hotel needs a renovation.stayaway from this hotel.It is near the lake. not a lot to see in jaisalmer.I wouild not stay in this hotel

Hotel rooms were good n food was also nice BUT due to very poor servicing , we faced a lot of difficulties. There is no gyser for individual rooms but a boiler system for entire hotel which means u can have hot water only during particular hours . Also they did not provide us clean blankets n service was very slow. It took around an hour with repeated calls being made at the reception that too if intercom works to bring blankets. Torn bedsheets with smelly unclean blankets were there on bed . Staff is also highly uncooperative.

While booking the hotel at Jaisalmer I have checked through tripadvisor and book this hotel through booking.com as Hyatt but once we entered the parking place we realised that we got confused with the Spellings as this hotel name is “ Hotel Hayat”. It’s not at all a Star Hotel. And tariff should not be this high. one thing we have learned from this that before booking any hotel from booking.com one must check the proper details through other online sites. Tariff for one day was 7000/-+ for a day but the hotel is not at all worth it. Floor is made of plain tiles which was cleaned. But the door mat was very dirty. Bathroom is very small and one strong smell was coming very time I entered to use. Room was having a TV but no dining or Centere table. Only one chair for double bed room. No tea or coffee making system available at room. One small almirah and it was also stinking. Hotel doesn’t have any restaurant. Roof top they use as restaurant which was also very poorly maintained. Stuffs are inefficient. Doesn’t have proper knowledge about preparing bills or other in house services. Hotel doesn’t have a lift. We were completely disappointed but didn’t have any choice to spend one night here as our flight was in Regards Debashree Das Sent from my iPhone…

It wasn't very clean, as rust, mold, and stench was present in certain places, but it was good enough to live in for a while. It might just be our room or area because others seemed to have liked it. I am used to a bit cleaner than this.
