One of best hotels in Jaisalmer. We stay here for 1 night only. Hotel is actually part of the fort. You can see entire Jaisalmer city from balcony. Dinner and breakfast are delicious. Manish & team are super cooperative to make sure a pleasant stay. I will definitely visit in my next trip.
What a relief this hotel was, so easy to check-in to one of the most beautiful rooms overlooking the city. Super comfy and unique. The location was very convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone.
We went there for dinner and ate best gatte ki sabji till date. The taste was getting better with every bite you have. Nice people i think there were a guy who also gave much information about fort and jaisalmer it was really nice to know. Thanks for the experience.
The rooms were giving us a heritage property feel which make it a good hotel, that this hotel can at-least make us sure that small rooms can also make you comfortable if they are well maintained. One must try Paradise hotel, and there food is also delicious!!
When we reached there on Monday, 18Nov... the staff came by motorcycle to guide our driver into the fort. The hotel was indeed unique and interesting. Manish and his staff made our stay memorable. Even his staff showed us the birds sleeping on the trees. Manish even went an extra mile to buy a multi-purpose disinfecting solution for my contact lenses as my solution is finishing and came all they way to the palace museum to give it to me. What a wonderful guy he is... so caring for his guests. Thank you.
Me and my elder sisters along with our friends visited here for 2 Nights 2 Days. It was my elder sister's birthday trip. We were warmly welcomed there, the rooms were good, the terrace was amazing and the hotel staff was THE BEST. They are so amazing people, as soon as they found out that we are planning a birthday party they upgraded our room on the same price. That's not all they even participated and helped us keeping secret and even in decorating their in-house restaurant like its their own birthday. Everything was so amazing the view from the top and the garden area was so beautiful. They treated us like their own family. Would love to visit again if I had a chance.
"Captain" (owner/ manager) and his team was very welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. Any request was executed with a "no problem" attitude. For example, we had our meals served right on the patio/ landing at our room. Views are spectacular from the roof. All plumbing worked and we had nice hot showers (quick ones as we were mindful of being in a dry area).Soaps etc were provided. What are the cons? Do not expect North American or European hotel standards. It is more like a guest house, a 400 year old one with quirky dark straicases, laundry drying in unexpected places, a very old fashioned wood fired boiler for hot water. Linen clean but not new and crisp. Towels adequate but not of the fluffy quality. We like fresh air so we left the shutters open and had some pesky mosquitoes bothering us night one (strangely, the itch went away quickly), we required mosquito coils and the problem was solved. Be prepared to climb stairs ( not accessible in another way). Cars are not allowed inside the fort so you have to take a Tuk-tuk or walk to get there. The old stone paved windy passage through the fort (after going through the 1st gate) up to the hotel is slippery ( I suspect it has something to do with Tuk-tuk and motorcycle oil & emissions), so when you walk do stay out of the way of vehicular traffic next to the side walls ( less slippery!) All in all I would say this was an excellent experience. I will go back if I can.…
I had booked heritage room and loved the stay. Captain Chandra and his crew were helping and reflect the hospitality. I loved the place... The small garden at the entrance the roof top terrace, in house restaurant and food. I will stay there again during my next visit.
The hotel is situated in the fort, a perfect location. The rooms are well furnished and have a great view. The manager is very attentive and informative as well as helpful. We had great dinners on the roof top and enjoyed our stay. Definitely to be recommended.
As soon as I checked in this hotel with my family I fall ill a viral infection I think. The hotel staff was so helpful they took all care of me like my family. They made sure that I may get best of the treatment and rest even they cooked light food especially for me as doctor suggested. I am very thankful to the entire hotel staff as well as the kitchen people. And about the hotel it was clean and the living inside the Fort in this hotel was awesome.
