Best part of this hotel is location, cleanliness and courteous staff. It's nearby fort and other key attractions (the city itself is quite small and all attractions are nearby). You get a majestic view of the fort from the rooftop restaurant. Some rooms are also fort facing. Exteriors of hotel are beautifully sculpted with local golden sandstone. Rooms without golden sandstone interior might seem little expensive in comparison to decor, seemingly attributed to limited tourist season window in Jaisalmer and central location of the property. being at the heart of the city, you might hear city traffic till late evening from the rooms.
Food at the restaurant was delicious including local dishes like daal-baati. We booked our taxi as well through Mr Bhatia for travel from Jodhpur and local sightseeing, provided with clean vehicle and mannered drivers.
Hotel and restaurant staff led by manager Piyush are very polite and always happy to promptly serve the requests.

This hotel sets a high standard for hygiene, with impeccably clean rooms that instantly put me at ease. The staff, particularly Mr. Piyush, were incredibly supportive and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions. This property is one of the best nearst to the fort and fort view in the jaisalmer, the staff behavior is excellant with quick services

We were very skeptical about our accommodation in Jaiselmer after reading the reviews of some of the hotels. After checking with friends and family we were given the suggestion to stay here and it was the best decision ever. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the service was amazing and we were treated like royalty, and the food was outstanding. They also organised a desert safari which was an amazing experience and one I would highly recommend. Also our driver Rohit was a blessing. He was very helpful and helped us negotiate rates with all the vendors. If you ever visit this place, make sure you request for him and please tip him generously. He’s a legend!

The Sky Plaza offers, good amenities and is very easily assessable from airport and all the sites of Jaisalmer. It has good hotel staff and supportive staff.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive, and their hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The hotel sky plaza was very close to some of main attraction points of the city Jaisalmer. The roof top view was what amazed me and left me to the booking of the hotel.The hotel staff was very warm, kind, and affable. The food served here was top notch. The rooms could be allowed natural lighting and ventilation but that said there are no complaints. P.S. The hotel manager - Piyush is quite resourceful and arranged the sand dunes trip and the fort walk around for us.

It was a lean period for hotels when we visited Jaisalmer. Tourists were very thin due to covid-19. There were many constraints for hotel business to serve the public during festive season.But, sky plaza staff took it as a challenge and fulfilled all our expectations nicely, be it good food, arranging our travelling needs and keeping rooms very clean. It was recently renovated, so everything was new and fine. Mr Pijush Bhatia, Manager,is a very nice and efficient person.All our needs were promptly fulfilled by him.
I recommend all tourists going to Jaisalmer to stay in this hotel and make their trip a comfortable one.

This is hotel is the worst one..... Staff are terrible... I went with friends and they have no consideration... Rooms are wrost quality.... bed is broken during sleep and bads have bugs in it.... gloomy ambience, do not pay before.... They will not provide you service after that.... don't book this hotel at any cost... the wi fi is not working.... Hot water is not available.

Dear Travellers, We have checked our record to check authenticity of the review. There is No guest stayed in our hotel of this username. Somebody wrote this review with completely false information. We have a lot of feedbacks of our Hotel in various platforms which is prove that is a Wrong Review. Regarding supportive Team, Rooms quality & ambiance we believe in personalized services. We have High Speed broadband internet connectivity which is ‘Free of Cost”. The Hot water facility is provide through Gyser in each washroom. So Please don’t believe in this fake review.

We arrived at Sky Plaza not knowing what to expect. But we were pleasantly surprised with everything right from the moment we arrived. The hotel staff helped us offload our baggage, the checkin was quick and efficient and the rooms spacious. The restaurant at the hotel serves delicious food at reasonable rates and the room service was also good. The hotel manager helped us with transportation arrangements and also guided us with good places to eat and shop. Overall, I would recommend Sky Plaza to any one who wants to stay at a reasonably priced hotel in the centre of the city.
