Stayed during covid 19 pandemic Amzaing experience safety and hygienic protocol and service,value for money. Food is good and they keep hygiene as topmost priority. Thanks for making my stay wonderful. I will recommend this hotel to all those who all are looking to create good memories. Had visited this property for a short stay but had an excellent experience overall. We were bit scared while choosing to travel during this situation but the hygiene and cleaning standards of this hotel really made us feel safe here. First of all, I’m basing my punctuation according it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, and nothing is more far away from that ... When we arrived, they couldn’t find our reservation (they had no computer to check). When the did, they sent us to a room that had no water, and that wasn’t the one we paid for. We told the manager and he said it was an “upgrade”, even though this one was cheaper... afterwards he showed us the one we paid for, which was a little bit nicer, but again, had no water at all. That’s why we changed rooms again. This time, the room had water but not hot water, which is actually the same as not having because it was winter time. We ordered room service, and the food was actually quite bad. Next day we had breakfast, and things went even worse. The food selection wasn’t good and I’ll attach a picture of what we found on the food (please zoom in). Not everything was that bad, staff was really polite and helpful, but not as well the hotel managers. The receptionist was really rude and didn’t know hoy to manage guests. Pictures from internet are NOT real, the place is not that nice. For the price we paid, you would get a much nicer accommodation in the city, this place is not worthwhile.

Himmatgarh Palace was big dissapointnent and strongly advised to avoid same. They were a property, worth every cent in yestertears. Food is atrocious, looks as if cooked by some novice.
Rooms were not ready, upon check in. Tap/faucets are dripping. Switches / fittings are loose falling apart. Either Owner/Management are not too keen on running property. Any other Hotel in Jaisalmer, will be a better option.

I visited this property last month with my friends and family the property is well maintained follow all the Covid hygiene standards and staff are very courteous. Parminder went out of the way to ensure that our stay went comfortable in every aspect. Thank you so much! Highly Recommend!!!

We checked in on 29th dec’21 for 1 N. We were given some room. The room had broken lights section, loosely hanging mirror. The blankets were dirty with strains. When we asked for additional blankets those were smelly and dirty as well ( had yellow marks). The bathroom as well had v old torn dirty shower curtain (didn’t even felt like touching it) broken dirty bucket.
Service wise the staff was least bothered to attend to guest requirements unless escalated to some manager.
We were four members 2Adults and 2 children and paid 8000 for this shabby room and poor service.
Recommend to take standard room instead of dome rooms as those are still better with clean and good quality bed and bathroom.
Frankly would never recommend this hotel to any one as it is not worth the money. The manager was also very arrogant and was least bothered to give an ear to customer grievances.

Happy happy and happy with all the courtesies extended by the hotel. I was traveling during corona time but the hotel always made sure that all my requests were well taken care of. They were maintaining safe social distance and we're wearing masks and gloves. I will recommend this hotel to all those who plan to travel and stay safe.

I had stayed in this hotel to this month .... My stay went amazing with my friends. I feel safe staying in this hotel as they are following Covid-19 protocol very strictly. Useless good for nothing tossers— first the WiFi wasn’t working, the restaurant needed 1 hour (!!!) to prepare a simple butter chicken dish and they also couldn’t provide me breakfast at 7.45am when most other 4 star hotels start even earlier than that. Can’t do even the simplest of things and it was almost as though I was their first guest in 20 years. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I have not stayed in this hotel, just for dinning.
But I could only see rooms next to swimming pools and garden. I am not aware if those are exactly executive rooms, but these rooms and very cozy and nice. Rooms are round in shape
There are more places to choose from in the Jaisalmer area.
