It is one of a gem in Jaisalmer. The staff is very courteous and are extremely responsive. The rooms are very huge and would definitely give a royal vibe. Khan Bhai is master at his skills. He is the best guide for the city tour and safari.Also a very good photographer too who doesn't hesitate to click number of pictures. The Safari was also indeed a great experience altogether. The services they offer are not available anywhere else. I would highly recommend to stay here when visiting Jaisalmer.

It is a heritage havel. Washroom and room very neat and clean. Staff very cooperative and food is very delicious. Beautiful view of the fort from the hotel. Every amenity is available in the hotel. Excellent hotel. Mr khan and singh take care of us like home. They organized best safari for us in the desert.

My experience at the property was quite varied. I stayed at the property for three days in the kings suite. The pro are The property is situated near the fort It is very beautifully constructed and newly built. The rooms are quite big. You will feel like a royalty as the rooms are very well decorated with exquisite items and premium fittings. The cons are The locality is noisy and an extension of the property is going on in the back side The reception staff behaves like a budget hotel and not welcoming. The staff is not trained and appears to be daily wagers. The breakfast provided is basic not consumerate with the charges. The service is poor. The food quality is just okay though the price are very high.

Trusted Mr Asraf Ali with our stay at Jaisalmer and he has arranged the best place ...The Grand Khalifa. It has breathtaking view of Sonar Kella ( Jaisalmer fort). The rooms are luxurious and spacious with all possible amenities, helpful staff and a prompt management. Mr Ashraf Ali was very courteous and has helped me with all the planning, travel and tour management. Along with this you have the Dawaat restaurante (roof top) which serves you with delicious cuisines, flavoured hookah, lively music, relaxing couches and bonfire. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous hotel with a rooftop restaurant that we dined in twice of an evening during our stay in Jaisalmer. The staff were super friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The chef needs an award as the food at the restaurant on both occasions was nothing short of superb! Would definitely recommend as even though we weren’t guests and we’re staying in a nearby hotel, we were treated as friends and shown impeccable service for the two times we dined here - 10/10

The king suite is just superb. Amazing space and aesthetic heritage layout. The sitting space in room and the sleeping area are very well planned. "A bathroom is a room too" is best applicable here. The wash basin area, the bathing areas and toilet have a logical segregation and ample space. You need to see to believe it. The roof top restauran, Dawaat was a good experience. Food is well cooked and dinner on terrace was a great experience.
