The prince desert Camp is an exclusive camp experince at the golden sanddunes of sam lakhmana dunes.Every time you step onto the endless expanse of sun-kissed, gilded sands of Jaisalmer in Rajasthan, your sense are ensconced in the calming tranquility and stillness of the place. The camp promises a truly unparalleled experience of the desert in itselement. It is a toast to the erstwhile Maharajas and you are treated to one with a panache that leves you overwhelmed. Just as the royalty camped it Tents(khemas) away from the palaces, the resort spins a similar ambience with its modern Swiss cottage tents right in the midst of the desert. Just as the royalty traversed stretches of desert on camels, the evenings see you astride colorfully caparisoned camels led by ethnically dressed butlers as you begin your sojourn of miles of shimmering sand dunes ito the sunset. Lounging on the dunes, one can only gaze in breathless wonderment as the sun begins to go down and casts an ember halo over the desert h orizon

We stayed in Prince Desert camp for our first anniversary night. We were here through Rajasthan Tour Planner. The camp is very near to desert and an awesome experience. We has Rajasthan Folk music and dance programme for that night. On our request they also arranged for a special private candle light dinner in the sands about 2km away from the Prince Desert camp. It was very well organised by the staff there (Mr Gajraj). They took us to the place it was arranged by a jeep and they ensured that staff were always there near to us but also giving us our private space. It was a very safe and secured place too. We has a Lovely and an unforgettable experience for our first anniversary night.

We chose to stay at Prince Desert Camp on Sam Sand Dunes, 48 km from Jaisalmer during our recent Rajasthan trip. We are asked to check-in by 3pm. There were welcome tea followed by Camel Safari to the sand dunes. You can enjoy the sand dunes, click pictures and enjoy the sunset. Post sunset the camel safari will take you back to the hotel. We had booked one Luxury Tent. The facility was excellent with a permanent concrete room, washroom covered by a Swiss tent. There was individual geysers in the room and adequate arrangements to combat the chilling temparature in the late December night. In the evening, there were snacks and local folk music and dance with a bonfire. The snacks served were veg pakodas and veg noodles. There was local folk music and dance followed by DJ and dance floor being opened to all guests. Dinner was again largely veg with only the local Rajasthani dishes of good taste, rest were pretty ordinary. Sleep was peaceful at the tents and very comfortable. In the morning veg buffet breakfast is served with tea/coffee. Overall arrangements were nice. Service was prompt. Food quality could be improved. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommended!

A friend and I had the pleasure of spending one night at Prince Desert Camp. The best part about this desert camp is that it is located far away from most of the other camps, and is right in the middle of the desert! Our check-in was extremely smooth. The person at the counter patiently explained to each guest about the facilities and the inclusions in their package. The manager of the camp (sadly, I don't ask for his name) was extremely friendly and courteous! The tents are super comfortable and beautifully arranged amidst the sand dunes. There's a small sit-out area, the bedroom, and the washroom inside the tent. We had a complimentary camel ride at the sunset point with our package, which was quite a unique experience. There was also a dune safari ride and paragliding in the desert. Before we went for the camel ride, we were offered a cup of hot tea and biscuits. After we came back from the camel ride, there was a cultural program with Rajasthani folk dance and music, which went on for almost 3 hours! There was also a bonfire which was arranged for us. We were offered complimentary delicious, hot pakodas and chowmein, along with tea and coffee. For dinner, there was Rajasthani special kadhi-pakoda, lasoon chutney and gud pieces (jaggery), along with kheer :) Sitting by the bonfire, listening to live music, and watching the stars - one really can't ask for anything more :) Since we had to leave really early the next morning, we missed their breakfast :( which I am sure would have been delicious. Reason for us to plan another trip there I guess. I would heartily recommend this place to any visitor to Jaisalmer planning a unique desert tent camp experience. You won't regret it.

It was a very pleasant and memorable experience. It is located away from the crowd and noise of other resorts in that area. Place is clean, people\staff are hospitable. Food is good, the music & dance show before the dinner, arranged for guests, is good and will be remembered. We would like to visit again. Thank you

Beautiful location, yummy food and fun filled experiences that's whatPrince desert camp is all about. It is situated close to the dunes and staff is very hospitable. Have beautiful memories of the place and experiences . Camel ride to the sun set point was enjoyable. They had organised a small cultural programme of folk music and dance for us after the sunset. Best part was private dinner and star gazing at the dunes ,which was very beautifully done. Just loved ❤️ the whole set up . Icing on the cake was tasty traditional spread of food. Next morning we were taken for Jeep Safari in an open Jeep deep inside the desert for most wonderful view of the sunrise and dunes. Drive was fun and sunrise view simply beautiful.🥰 On returning after freshening up we were served hot breakfast and it was time to leave.
