The hotel is budget friendly. The view of the Jaisalmer fort from the rooftop is amazing. It is a pet friendly hotel, I was travelling with my pet cat. The staff was good.
One of the rooms was not smelling good so asked to change which the staff was cooperative about.
My cat loved the placed and explored the terrace. Food was good.

Ur name justifies u. You are such a amazing nd loving personality. I had known u but after staying at ur place and meeting u.. I realised the true meaning of being helpful.
U, ur brother at reception, ur staff and all the facilities u provide are just cannot be explained in words. As a traveller I always stayed in Zostel where ever I went but staying at ur place was something that every traveller must do after coming to Jaisalmer.
The ambience, food, staff and facilies are woow.👌

We spent 1 night at the Ozaki Jaisalmer followed by 1 night out in the desert arranged by the hotel. What a wonderful experience!
Clean nice rooms. Rooftop with great views of the fort. Most friendly and helpful staff.
They also arranged a one night trip with camels to the desert which was one of our top experiences while traveling in India.

Hotel Ozaki was very bad experience for me. Rooms were not cleaned before check-in. Bedsheets were dirty. Hotel staff is trained to switch off AC during midnight. Bathroom was stinking and water tap was leaking. Food is terrible. I am surprised how people are rating them high as they have no standard at all. They are charging high for camp safari and the service they provide is terrible. That's how these people are fooling the tourists and making money. And once you complain them they are saying we are linked with them to make business. This shows total unprofessionalism. Trust me don't visit this place otherwise you are going to regret it later.

I was surprised to visit this hotel. I booked this on seeing so much positive reviews but my experience is totally against this. Booked two rooms for 4 days.
1. They only have power backup of Inverter (i.e. a fan or two three lights )
2. They made Tv functional only after insisting too much.
3. Water supply can make u hang in between. Happened twice with me. No water supply condition can occur frequently.
4.Only the attendent was prompt and decent.
5.Rooms were almost cleaned. They provide prompt response to ur requirement but in a service sector like this one expect better service.
6. No sound proof rooms available.

Hotel ozaki is very good hotel ,hotel located is just near jaisalmer fort . Staff was good , service is also good. Room was good and big. This also very near bus staion and local market. If any one coming jaisalmer please stay in hotel ozaki jaisalmer

We booked for one night at Ozaki, where we arrived receiving so many tips for our stay here. We were suggested to do a desert tour, including a night stay with the tour. This meant that we wouldn’t use our room, but we still were able to use it to freshen up for the first day, and even the morning after the tour. Fakira was super friendly and helped us out excellently. Would 10/10 recommend you to stay here and enjoy your stay in Jaisalmer!

Location was superb to this hotel, very close to jaisalmer fort.room was neat and clean. New hotel new room with basic facilities. Staff was also very courteous and nice to us. If I have a chance to come to jaisalmer with my family, I'll come here again.

Stayed for two nights. The dorms are comfortable and there's s hot water. From the rooftop there's very good view to the fort, nice to chill out. The staff is very friendly and let us leave our bags after check out time.
