I came here for my vacation stay with my family & omg this hotel...beyond amazing <3 I experienced the best hospitality & the food in their restaurant was so tasty , having that pure Rajasthani taste . About the staff , they all were so helpful & loving. One can experience the same comfort that a home has . Also they were following the covid protocols !! The rooms were sanitized thoroughly as soon as guests leave the place & also the staff was wearing masks . This place has the best view of the city u can experience from the rooftop restaurant . I would surely recommend this place for each & every kind of trip u are planning for & If I would come Jaiselmer again , my stay would be here for sure !!

Hotel's interior is beautiful 😍
I enjoyed clicking pictures inside hotel premise.
Stay was very comfortable and cozy.
We reached 2.5/3 hrs early to check in time, host allowed us to stay in his reception area (which is again very beautiful)/ rooftop restaurant and use comman washrooms to freshen up.

The location is very good, not very far from fort (1.5km) but very calm and serene. Rooms have a nice decor and a Jaisalmeri vibe. Staff is very very nice, friendly, polite and helpful. This place will make you feel like home. They will take care of your luggage as well even after you checkout and go for a camel safari booked with any operator. Food is decent. Service is amazing! Overall, it's great value for money with complimentary company of very friendly people. Highly recommended

We stayed here for one day and they had arranged our safaris as well, which went well. Post safari, the evening snacks they promise is only 4 pieces of pakoras rest everything was charged at double price. And the tent quality was extremely poor, not at all as promised so we had to request the hotel guy to bring us back to the hotel to which he was showing tantrums. After many requests the driver got us back to the hotel at 12.30 at night. In the morning, when we came for breakfast he started charging us for it saying we came post 10 a.m. even though breakfast was included with our room. When I called him to ask, he was so impolite and said you first empty the room and then have your breakfast.
So basically so many false promises were made but denied later. Bad services.

The amenities provided in the hotel are minimal. Minimal toiletries provided, water bottles are chargeable, parking is chargeable. The desert safari package that they provide is not recommended as the cultural program in the desert is mediocre at best. The rooftop restaurant is also not up to the mark, and it is recommended to have lunch and dinner at other famous restaurants around the town. The only saving grace are the rooms which are decent enough.

The hotel is located very near ( about a km away) to the main tourist attraction i.e sonar qila. The hotel itself is small but tastefully decorated with colourful patterns inside that appear beautiful. The rooms are big and washrooms have adequate supply for warm water so no issues there. Also the rooms are clean. The breakfast is simple with limited options (about three or four) but were well cooked. The staff is polite and helpful though during payment, they usually prefer UPI or other payment gateways than payment by card. They have mentioned that they also arrange for desert safari though we didn't use their services so can't comment on same. The terrance where breakfast is served looks prettier in pics than in reality and there is scope for more cleanliness. Overall a decent experience.

We went in a pakage of two days . One day in the hotel and 2nd day in desert camp. Stay in the hotel was bad in all aspects of hoteliering. Camp was just about average. To drop us to Sam sand dunes and back ...about 4 kms, he called it Jeep Safari and charged us 2800 rupees per Jeep. Food was just about average. Behaviour of staff was polite and good.

Hotel is located on bera road which is 1 km away from main road ( but no need to worry as this is safest area which i seen bcz of residents by local & 1-2 government offices near by )
Manager / owner Mr Maru and supported staff will take care of each & every things required by you.
They need to improve breakfast segments as we found same menu for all 3 nights of stay.
View from rooftop restaurant is really good
Room tip :- take higher floor rooms
Washroom and fittings are good with branded equipments but still few things needs to improve
I’ll definitely recommend this hotel who is having budget in mind & travelling with family or as a couples.
As per my previous other hotel stay experience For boutique label they need to improve little more
Cheers & enjoy jaisalmer

Boutique Helsinki is one of the best Property to stay at if you are looking for a neat, clean rooms with good service and food.
Mr Khan the Manager is amazing and ensures every guest is comfortable.
Food is really delicious, Ram Prasad the head cook ensures the food is prepared with love and ensures the service is quick.

Hotel is safe for kids and if u take the room on second floor you might get a room with a sitting area next to a window. Can be used by kids.

Rooftop has a decent and a clear view of the fort.
Parking area available.
Hotel is approx 200 mtrs from the main road so it is peaceful and away from traffic noise.
No lift available.

Contact hotel directly for Booking.
Don't forget to enquire for a desert Safari(Jeep, Camel ride and stay) as the hotel has a tie up and will offer best rate.

We loved our stay at Boutique Helsinki and highly recommend to all.

Jaiselmer is known as the Golden City and so are hearts of its people. Excellent hospitality. Very cordial and accommodating.

We had a wonderfull and comfortable 4 day stay also it is close to every thing such as the Fort and few tourist places. Pleasant, spacious and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are its staff. All the staff are incredibly helpful.

The breakfast had good choices and everything is freshly made and yummy.

In fact, my friend requested to make tea and the GM set up a tea making experience - we enjoyed the conversation over tea with the team and other guest too.

If you want to experience overnight camp try Helsinki hotel's own new camp site - The Sunset on Dunes is wonderful, so is the clear night sky, at the same time enjoying authentic Jaiselmer cuisine while sitting around the bon fire and enjoying the folk dances and folk music in Night. We did not stay at the campus overnight. However, the camp was full of guest.
Thank you Ishan, Shiv and rest of the team.

Highly recommended Helsinki Hotel if you are staying in the Jaiselmer.
