We (2 adults & 2 kids) stayed here for standard one night experience on 26th dec21...(it had rained on 26th dec21 from pokhran till jaisalmer but luckily didnt rain at the sam dunes, next day morning was too foggy with chilling winds)....about the stay the tent was clean and bathroom cum toilet was also spacious...please dont expect 5star hotel amenities...we booked a jeep safari (rs 2500...on higher side but ok for once in a lifetime experience)...it was fun on return the cultural program started in open area with proper seating arrangements...they offered cold pakoras and hot tea ....yes it was difficult to eat the pakodas...they have set up a small bar also where u can get alcohol / snacks/ cigrettes / hookah etc on chargeable basis... after cultural program the DJ started and ended exactly at 10pm....buffet dinner was good... there is no heater available in the room but if the tents are properly zipped then it is manageable. Mr Habib provided an extra bed on request... as tents are very near to each but not sound proof so one can hear sounds of noises... next morning we could not do camel ride (part of package) due to heavy fog and chilly winds....didnt image to get Delhi weather in Jaisalmer deserts...breakfast was also normal....checked out at 10am for longewala museum / tanot mata mandir which are approx 2-2.5 hrs drive from here.....on the way the weather cleared and we could manage the camel rides... these camps are there only for 4-5 months and I think Dec is the peak and expensive season. suggestion - please plan some kids playing are / acitivity (puppet show) Nice one time experience

Stay here to experience the best hospitality experience. The hosts, specially Mr Habib wasvvery humble and friendly. We stayed at luxury camps and enjoyed staying here. The location is close to sand dunes and they arrange camel ride and desert safari. The cultural performance will remain in our memories forever!

First experience of Jaisalmer, first of a desert camp and I can happily say, it was all super nice. We were absolutely lucky to have checked-in on Feb 28, the last day. Lovely tent, clean, spacious, lit up with natural light. Comfortable and quality mattress laid on the bed made out of Jaisalmer stone! Spotless linen. Charging points on both sides of the bed. Well-appointed room – dressing table, closet, coffee table, covered muda chairs, trash bin, clean floor, retractable window coverings and a netted balcony that had 2 chairs to spend time out of the sleeping area. Everything in the tent and bathroom worked well. Bathroom was fully concrete and very well done. Dinner had good options. Breakfast was choley bhature, upma, milk and corn flakes, coffee etc. Choorma could be better. Amazing discipline with tour timings. Jeep safari is a must do and made me decide to return in winters and enjoy it again. Cultural program was very nice and spontaneous. Though there were guys drinking in the seating area, they did not create any nuisance rather were just enjoying being in the desert camp. I guess camp management ensures no non-sense and that no misbehavior from anyone hurts the folk-performers, camp staff or other guests. Thank God no city-like nonsense. We did camel safari next morning to view the sunrise. It was an experience also worth repeating in every visit!! Staff was humble, prompt and helpful. It is nice to see the native people running these camps value the gold dust helping them run the awesome business where customer delight indeed is the ONLY key. Yes, we felt delighted at Desert Dream Royal camp. We booked a cab too in the package and it was safe and comfortable transfer. The driver Imran Khan drove us from JSM railway station to the camp and back next day. @Harun, thank you for offering a good package. Wish you good luck for future projects.
