Excelent service, we were treated with so much care and atención:) Rooms are spacious very clean as well as the toilets. Good breakfast and beatiful rooftop to have an evening beer or practice morning yoga :D We highly recomend it!

We stayed in hotel sartaj for seven days visited so many nearby explored Jaisalmer like never before! The hotel is not a hotel but a homestay we felt it was more like home, cooked food on our own, and enjoyed the availed best facilities! A must stayed hotel for every tourists

We stayed two night at Sartaj hotel in Jaisalmer. This is new family run hotel. The owners were very helpful and the beds were very comfortable. The food was very good and the breakfast was exceptional. We had a very good time and would definitely stay at this hotel if we were to go back.

The worst experience in a hotel totally isolated in the middle of nowhere with rude personnel withouth training. The construction is so bad that your hear all noises.. No heating .. Totally djsgusting

Our hotel is located in a residential area develop by government of Rajasthan ( India ) you can see our location map all road are well plan by government with town planning system, my hotel map is pass by local government after and before contraction We are just 2.5 kilometer far from city center it is very famous for quiet and peaceful area in this town all tourist say same thing it is far but very quiet With this name nobody stay in my hotel if he stay in our hotel please write to us with full detail when you are stay with us from which country so we can check them he was stay with us or not and also let me know the checked in date whenever you stay in my property and send me reservation id if you stay in my property so you have the reservation id and also send me payment details.

Hotel owner is very nice and helpful. Though the location is little away from main city but he arranged pick and drop from station. Hotel staff is very humble and cooperative. It was feel at home experience for us. Hotel is quite clean. Liked the room furniture and professionalism of their services. Thanks!

We spent two nights in this guest house and we had a good experience. The accommodation is new and they are asking for feedback in order to improve the quality of welcoming. They are a nice family and sure they will make a good job. The room was good and clean, the food very tasty. It is not in the city centre but for me it is even better because it is very quite.

It was one of the best hotels i have ever styaed.. we were in group of 17 and the owner provided us so much facilities .. we reached by 6 and there was no staff due to diwali the owner had pulled our bags to room .. the room was exactly same as shown in picture .. owner allowed us to use every corner of the house in including kitchen .. the had awesome service and awesome food .. it was the best experience ever .. i will like to give 1000 stars ratting.

It is the best place to stay and enjoy. Homely atmosphere food is too excellent people at sartaj are too wise and good. Sartaj is now our home in Jaisalmer. Sartaj family tysm for taking care of us. We will come soon again.
