We have visited this for 2 days. t. Staff is very co operative. They have given whatever we requested for our baby. Our tent was upgraded to delux category without any additional cost. Food is very nice. Lot of options in lunch and dinner. They serve good breakfast and evening snacks. You can get tea at the tent whenever you need. The cultural program was also nice and interactive. They engage audiences. Camel safari was included in the package and was great experience. Overall good will not disappoint you. Go for deluxe tent category.

Nice property. As per 4 star rating, nothing was there. Cannot comment on the upper category rooms but basic ones are not upto the 4 star category. Was an good stay but not like a 4 star propety. Food was also okay and buffet does not have much options.

I have stayed in other resorts in Sam sand dunes, but probably Service provided by Sultan is the best. However, there are some major drawbacks. 1. The resort is a family resort, however, objectionable activities by a couple in open area was not suitable for normal tourists travelling with family with kids. It appeared that the resort guys are indifferent to these activities. 2. Room qualities & infrastructure is way below than similar range resorts available in this area. Room size is quite less & Bathroom is unnecessarily big. 3. Short-circuit led to power outage for almost 2 hrs. in the morning which delayed our tour plan. This I have experienced first time in a highly priced resort. 4. In order to give ethnic look, the internal open area is full of sands which creates problem during movement & the rooms become dusty. If a walkway is provided for commuting from the tent to dining hall, open art theatre, other tents, it would be really helpful. Rest area can be kept filled with sand. This type of walkway is available in other resorts. In spite of wonderful service people, Sultan resort has above major bottlenecks. …

Very very good services. Staffs are so cooperative and evening cultural programs are interesting. Dessert safari is amazing. Welcome on arrival makes u feel privileged. Overall great experience. Recommending it.
