I was with family holiday trip to Jaislmer through OYO holiday package. Rooms were bad smelly. We have reported to Hotel manager on first day of arrival about foul smell from toilet. Despite complain Manager has not taken any action. One of my family vomited hole night because of faul smell. No body should stay on this OYO hotel. Services and hospitality were just average.

I visited this place on 19th May with my friends. Somebody recommended me Hotel Royal Heritage for stay. When we reach there, we find it really Heritage property. Rooms are big and clean. View from roof is marvelous.

This hotel came highly recommended by a friend of a friend. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, everything was beyond exceptional. We were greeted with live Rajasthani folk music and tea and local snacks. The staff were friendly and courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Rooms are neat and clean.

Location of the hotel is awesome.... Got excellent view of sun set point and fort.... Food is also very good..Rooms are very big, neat and clean.very tasty food just like home. Highly recommend for families and friends. Desert safari arrangement's are also above class.

It was a very good experience there. Nice big rooms with great decor. Rooftop restaurant was very good. Nice food and a great view. Hospitality was also very good. Hot water 24/7. Overall a great service.

Rooms and the facilities are just like they have showed in the pictures.It was amazing experience to stay. 1.Rooms were clean, neat and warm. Hot water was provided 24/7 which was a bliss. 2.Decor was amazing. 3.food provided was tasty and clean(Pure Veg) 4.Hospitality was very good.

I stayed at this hotel with my family. Hotel location is very good with scenic view of fort from its roof top restaurant which serves delicious food. Staff is very cooperative and polite. They cater to all of your need. Rooms are beautiful and tidy. They make you feel at home away from home. Special mention for Mr Sudhir , manager cum owner he looks after everything you need personally. I highly recommend this hotel next time you visit jaisalmer.

This is the hotel to stay in. I have stayed all over jaisalmer and this is a gem. I call this a smiling hotel. I never stopped smiling from the time I arrived until I left. Lovely staff, clean rooms, hygienic washroom and a great location. Thank you so much for making my trip a memorable one.

After 4days in Rajasthan and driving thorough rough and beautiful roads I arrived at the hotel (got through some friends reference) with my wife and family. 1st thing first, for me, washrooms were clean. 2ndly if you visiting Rajasthan you can a small view and taste of it in your room, the decor is very very cultural and beautiful. It's like you feel like having those things in your room as well. 3rdly the cleanliness of the hotel is upto mark, including the rooms and the lobby area. Very importantly you will get your safe parking spot in the hotel. The guy who runs the place himself handle all the dealings and your all queries and issues. That's the most important thing you can look for at a place. The staff is very humble and homly. The place have a amzing roof top restaurant and the view is bloody beautiful, you have a the city and the city fort on one side and the perfect view of the sun set. This hotel is located on the outskirts towards Ramgarh highway near sunset point. Building and ambience looks good. But furniture needs to upgrade that looks little bit old specially almirah. Food was ok but rooms were not ready for check in. Have to ask for towels, water bottle and toiletries. Restaurant on terrace provides a good view. Price looks higher compared to services and facilities.
