Rajasthan is an incredible state of India where the story of brave kingdoms and warriors are depicted by the tall standing forts, museums and fascinating royal hospitality - one such fine example of hospitality is The Desert Palace by Trulyy India Hotels and Resorts. The place has lush spread gardens around a golden hued palace holding peace, grandeur and elegance to display. Nestled in the quaint environment, the place holds the title of luxurious resort in Jaisalmer from where the surrounding view of Thar desert can be enjoyed while exploring other sightseeing destinations too. The most promising family resort in Jaisalmer to book for taking a visit to nearby locations such as Patwa ki Haveli, Jain Temples, Sam Sand Dunes to unveil the curtains of royalty and history. We also take bookings for throwing a corporate event in Jaisalmer or for planning a social gathering / celebration. The resort narrates the tales of bygone era with its far-reaching vibrant interiors, intricate decor and a historic charm that this fascinating city beholds - Jaisalmer could never be this thoroughly enjoyed by any tourist as we offer. We have the most classy and fancy banquet hall in Jaisalmer where couples dreaming for a destination wedding in Jaisalmer can confirm their reservations and throw their wedding party, ceremonies, capture pre wedding moments and let all their loved ones enjoy authentic candlelight dinner with the view of lake, mountains and city around.

We happened to stay here , at exactly the same time as an elaborate destination wedding was being planned . So we got to take some very beautiful pictures of the colorful decorations. We were part of a tour group, and so the hotel was chosen for us.. That said, it is a beautiful structure,. Gives the vibe of a nice ' Haveli' with its central courtyard. Staff at front desk and in the restaurant very courteous , professional. Special thanks to the restaurant manager, Pallav, whose name I just recalled. He went out of his way to accomodate me , when I asked for relatively bland food ( In Rajasthan !!)

Hospitality wise it's a good hotel but if you think of having a Great Food than this will not meet up your Expectations. Away from the main City almost 15-20 minutes of drive from Jaisalmer Fort situated over Jaisalmer Jodhpur highway this place reflects kind of a hideaway resort. Rooms are quite descent especially the Duplex suite where we stayed, Duplex suites can easily accommodate 4-5 person and even anyone can do a great party inside it without actually making a mess in the room. Hygenicity is a matter of concern in this property especially during the Morning breakfast where the Food quality is poor and you will not have a great start of your day. Operation Manager Mr Palav & General Manager Mr Shashi Sharma arranged the beautiful Candle light dinner for us, so thanks a lot Guys. In the end I would recommend this property to only those travellers who failed to get a good 5 star in Jaisalmer and for rest of the travellers you can go and experience. 3/5 Stars .
