Home away from home!! A calm, cute and cozy place amidst in the center of the Jaisalmer city. The USP of the place is Rajinder Singh ji and staff members who will make you feel warm and at home. The rooms are designed as per Jaisalmer heritage architecture with small sitting area near the window to enjoy hustle bustle of the city. Washrooms are neat and clean with adequate toiletries and hot water. It has a beautiful rooftop restaurant with comfortable sitting providing picturesque view of the Jaisalmer fort in the background. Menu is rich with Indian cuisine and english breakfast and smoothies in adequate quantity. I recommend this place for the hospitality, food and view in a budget price. Thank You Pleasent Haveli for making the trip memorable!!

The welcome was warm but had cooled by the time we checked out. The rooms are large but the cleaning was substandard and the bedding had definitely seen better days. The view from the rooftop restaurant is panoramic but the food was poor. We only ate in on our first night as we were so disappointed with the food and cleanliness. Poached eggs had been fried and then put in water! There seemed to be quite a few staff doing not a lot and not being managed. This was very disappointing as my friend had stayed there before and had rated it highly.

Came here for one night with friends and the stuff were very welcoming accepted us in open armes, the rooms are very comfortable and clean like an accual hotel with high standards nice roof top resturant with nice food and great sunset view.

Pleasant Haveli couldn't have been more accomodating. First picking us up at the train station, let us store our bags and shower in a room even though we weren't going to stay there until the next night (went on camel safari), and dropped us off at the train station after our stay was over. The room was pretty large for 2 people, clean room and bathroom, bay window looking onto the street. There was a restaurant on the roof of the hotel with a great view and great food. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice staff at the hotel. Everyone is so helpful, we really felt like home. I definitely recommend. Rooms are well furnished and clean. Good location. Good Safari, good restaurant, best staff. Perfect place !
