We had high expectations for this place and the room and restaurant were actually quite good but it lacks service, there was no cleaning in the room, no toiletpaper, full trashbin and the staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. In the restaurant they were argueing with loud voices. Maybe because of the absence of the manager.

Dear Alex, Very sorry for the experience you had.. We did not clearly understand that your room had to be cleaned when you left the key. only of a guest specifies we ask our staff to open the room for safety reasons.. Yes an oversight of not keeping the extra tissue roll because of a family medical emergency. we assure we will take your feedback positively and instruct our staff. The staff does understand a little but they are not fluent. we ensure we keep local staff from poor socio economic background and being them into hospitality industry to help them sustain their lives and family... regards Gaytri and Rishab

We only stayed here one night but wished we could have stayed longer. The family are exceptionally nice and the place was so clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff were all really great. Staying here was so much better than a hotel.

A superb example of a homestay. Clean, friendly, great breakfast with excellent local advice. It’s a very relaxed stay providing just the right level of assistance for a short break in this lovely un touristy city. The whole family are delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
