Surprisingly this hotel was 3 star but warm hospitality and awesome staff made my stay worth every penny. Little outside of main city so plan accordingly. Rooms are clean are big though bathroom fittings are bit old and need changes. Also bit surprised by food menu prices as they are charging as per 5 star dinning. Also as hotel is way outside city so u will be force to eat here so felt little cheated. 400 for chowmin - 500 for paneer gravy. They need to look into this else everything is ok as per 3 š rating hotel.

The property is about 20-25 mins from the city. We had a wedding planned here with half the family staying at Heritage and other half at Vesta. Service was good, reception responded in 7-10 mins on requests for hangers and cleaning the room. However, they have specific timings for cleaning, one day we requested for same and it was declined saying the staff will be there after 1pm. Rooms have latch locks and keys are very heavy, if you loose them there is a fine of 2000rs. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Washrooms have ample space. Hot water is available and takes 3-4 mins after opening the tap. We didn't have any meals here but the morning and evening tea service by the pool was great. I would stay again :)

Heritage Resort is a 25 year Old Very Well Maintained Heritage Resort on the crossroads of Jodhpur - Jaipur - Sri Ganganagar Bye pass road approximately 8/10 kms away from the bustling Bikaner City. You need to have your own vehicle to visit Bikaner City. The Resort is very nicely built & spread out with Cottages with All modern Amenities of tea/coffee maker with quality toileteries & towels. Room was very well decorated with several Bikanerās most famous miniature art floral paintings. The bed was huge & very comfortable. Bathroom was very good with piping hot water available 24/7. There was a small swimming pool right in the middle of the Resort. The restaurant was highly decorated with hand made paintings of possibly Queens of the Royal Family of Bikaner. Both Breakfast & Dinner was Excellent. All the Staff right from the door man, reception, housekeeping & restaurant were very efficient, cooperative, courteous & ready to go that extra mile to comfort the guests. We were so impressed by the well maintained resort that it didnāt Look at all a 25 year old property. It Looked as if it was 2/3 years old only. Overall Ambiance of the Resort was Excellent. the room and ambience was exuding a feeling of royalty as these are palaces converted to hotels . A must visit and stay was comfortable . The restaurant pricing could be better but as there is not great place to eat in the city one has to make do with the food ,complimentary breakfast was decent served to you on the table.

Itās a good resort situated a little out of the city. The property features a good and clean swimming pool area, aesthetic looking cottages amidst articulately designed pathways and good rooms giving you the vibe of being in a āRajasthani Haveliā.
The overall experience has been nice. However, the room keeping practices need a little more development.
I would recommend this place for a staycation, leisure and a little unwinding that you might need in the midst of nature.

The resort is well maintained and has a beautiful ambience. Food and hospitality is really good. Reception Staff is very cordial and we received a warm welcome here.We were travelling and had problem with our car, but the hotel staff helped us lot and were very accommodating.

This is my 3rd visit to the property, I have developed a wonderful relationship with entire staff . Every time I visit they just make it exceptional for us, the service ,food, cleanliness and attitude. Nothing more to ask from a professionally team . Just one night in this hotel. It is structured like the villages found by the sea. Small houses on the ground floor with two bedrooms each. Dinner is excellent. The chicken curry was good: finally there were some nice pieces of chicken!!! The perfect vegetable ratatouille. The hotel offers Ayurvedic massage service.

Situated in the city outskirts , the hotel is nicely built in Royal Rajasthani style. Specious rooms with sprawling greenery are really refreshing. Food was sumptuous and worthy. Sitting around the fire place ,the evening was enjoyable with the Rajasthani folk music and mouth smacking snacks . The huge lobby is furnished with antique furniture.The front office staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Special mention to Pranay, who helped us a lot. The sand dune dinner was memorable with the journey in camel cart. The limited WiFi zone need to be improved. Memorable journey altogether...
