Surprisingly this hotel was 3 star but warm hospitality and awesome staff made my stay worth every penny. Little outside of main city so plan accordingly. Rooms are clean are big though bathroom fittings are bit old and need changes.
Also bit surprised by food menu prices as they are charging as per 5 star dinning. Also as hotel is way outside city so u will be force to eat here so felt little cheated. 400 for chowmin - 500 for paneer gravy. They need to look into this else everything is ok as per 3 🌟 rating hotel.

The property is about 20-25 mins from the city. We had a wedding planned here with half the family staying at Heritage and other half at Vesta.
Service was good, reception responded in 7-10 mins on requests for hangers and cleaning the room. However, they have specific timings for cleaning, one day we requested for same and it was declined saying the staff will be there after 1pm.
Rooms have latch locks and keys are very heavy, if you loose them there is a fine of 2000rs.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Washrooms have ample space. Hot water is available and takes 3-4 mins after opening the tap.
We didn't have any meals here but the morning and evening tea service by the pool was great.
I would stay again :)

Heritage Resort is a 25 year Old Very Well Maintained Heritage Resort on the crossroads of Jodhpur - Jaipur - Sri Ganganagar Bye pass road approximately 8/10 kms away from the bustling Bikaner City. You need to have your own vehicle to visit Bikaner City.
The Resort is very nicely built & spread out with Cottages with All modern Amenities of tea/coffee maker with quality toileteries & towels.
Room was very well decorated with several Bikaner’s most famous miniature art floral paintings. The bed was huge & very comfortable. Bathroom was very good with piping hot water available 24/7.
There was a small swimming pool right in the middle of the Resort.
The restaurant was highly decorated with hand made paintings of possibly Queens of the Royal Family of Bikaner.
Both Breakfast & Dinner was Excellent.
All the Staff right from the door man, reception, housekeeping & restaurant were very efficient, cooperative, courteous & ready to go that extra mile to comfort the guests.
We were so impressed by the well maintained resort that it didn’t Look at all a 25 year old property. It Looked as if it was 2/3 years old only. Overall Ambiance of the Resort was Excellent.
Looking to All Above, we extended our stay by 1 day.
We enquired with the

the room and ambience was exuding a feeling of royalty as these are palaces converted to hotels . A must visit and stay was comfortable .
The restaurant pricing could be better but as there is not great place to eat in the city one has to make do with the food ,complimentary breakfast was decent served to you on the table.

Situated in the city outskirts , the hotel is nicely built in Royal Rajasthani style. Specious rooms with sprawling greenery are really refreshing. Food was sumptuous and worthy. Sitting around the fire place ,the evening was enjoyable with the Rajasthani folk music and mouth smacking snacks . The huge lobby is furnished with antique furniture. The front office staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Special mention to Pranay, who helped us a lot. The sand dune dinner was memorable with the journey in camel cart. The limited WiFi zone need to be improved. Memorable journey altogether...

The resort is well placed with lots of open spaces and individual cottages. The swimming pool is good. The in room dinning is good with authentic food. Vandana from the reception has absolutely helpful. The other staff is also also very helpful. The breakfast menu did not live up to my expectations and there were a lot of bugs in the overall property even though not in the rooms. Overall a pleasant stay and would not mind coming back for stay. The hotel should emphasize a little more on people who prefer Jain food e.g. ensure that all food provided is absolutely sanitized and avoid use of other utensils for people who prefer Jain food.Overall good place and thanks for the wonderful experience.

Indians should never go to this place. The staff and especially management is cheater, liar & racist against Indians. Mental slaves of uneducated variety ! You can't expect hospitality from these jokers but only beggary to Whites! We, a team of 6 reputed doctors from nearby City, decided to organize a much awaited get together in this hotel with membership of pool for the evening along with foods & drinks. We made sure with one of our organizer about timings and services they offer. Hotel management was interested more in the money and had shown desperation to get the deal. We reached there in the evening..planned to relax after the tiring day in the pool (paid an irrationally high and significant fee separately) but after sometime they asked us to come out of the pool. There was no apparent reason of this. The manager was so rude and shameless that he didn't even know how to speak to gentlemen. He was thinking that he is impressing his WHITE guests but actually he was leaving worst impression about Indians and the way these b**t**ds behave and speak. We paid heavily for our ruined evening ! Stay away from this hotel. One European was also complaining of wrongly charged bill and his stolen watch. Food and starters are worst in India. A wise man can spend his night on the highway or Sand Dunes in this beautiful desert state but will regret staying or having food in this hotel.

Travelled with a group of 6 on a tour with Mercury Direct rooms and grounds were fantastic, staff were very helpful, internet was hit and miss but who needs internet in every hotel on tour. food was very good as for no tea making facilities you only had to walk down to the restaurant and it was available. Ignore previous comments and enjoy!!!. Well recommended.
