Our second time stay in Bikaner en route to Jaisalmer. Must stay the resort looks amazing. They have upgraded with more rooms and self sustainable living. Excellent hosts and amazing service. The rural huts were reminded of eco friendly rural stay. One of the most memorable stay.
This is very peaceful place. Situated on national highway. This is nearer to two engineering colleges, therefore you will see many young couples here. I loved the quality of food they provide plus the swiming pool inside is plus point
We booked this resort through MMT and it was a great experience. This resort is owned by Brig. Verma and owner stay right behind the resort. They have 5 beautiful huts designed to give a village experience. It has all the amenities reqd with a restaurant and an elaborative menu. We a family of 4 booked 2 huts and had a great time. Helpful servants - Amit and his team took great care of us. From luggage movement, to bon-fire.
Let me start by categorising the resort as GOOD. One does not have that option on the review. That said, let me also clarify that disappointment sets in when one classifies this resort as a hotel. it s not a hotel its a small resort ideal for those who want some peace and quite. Its located about 10 - 12 kms from the heart of Bikaner City just off the Ratangarh- Bikaner Highway. Easy to find, plenty of parking and well marked. Its located on a 6-7 acre plot has a small restaurant and 6 little huts and if I remember right two air conditioned rooms. Its a family run resort. Not five star by any standards, very basic but enough for those who do not seek luxury. The rooms and huts have attached toilets that are clean and have facility for hot water.Just enough furniture to make life comfortable. The huts have permanent walls and straw and reed conical roof. We stayed in the huts during our two nights halt.Winter was just about getting over so there was no need for a fan or an air conditioner. The huts have fans but no ac. I do not know how these huts would be in summer but the high straw and reed roof should keep much of the heat away. Occupancy was low and so we enjoyed it. less of intrusion and noise. there is peknty of greenery around. The owners Brig Verma(Retd) and his family are excellent hosts and very down to earth. The staff though not trained in hospitality institutes are good and prompt. The Resort restaurant has a standard menu but they also make an effort at providing items on request. The food is served in the rooms and is tasty and wholesome. No TV and Internet in the room.If I recollect right, they have swimming pool, but we did not use it. One definitely gets value for money but do not go there and complain if you are on the look out for luxury. We enjoyed the time we spent there.…
The hotel is situated 20 km off the city. We were the only guests there. There are seven hut type rooms only... All are very basic with no tv, ac or wifi. So you can do nothing here. Bathroom was old, dirty and basic too. There was no swimming pool and garden is also not properly maintained.... Restaurant is there but i didn't trust about food quality so we have to travel 20 km to the city for dinner... Overall avoid this place at all... There are better options in Bikaner city in same cost....
Stayed last week for one night while going Jaisalmer. It is worth to stay. We were only couple staying at that time. It is very peaceful place. Facility & toilets are very basic, So stay only if you are not fussy about perfectness. Very reasonable price. Food preparation was homely & tasty. Owner are very cordial & courteous..

Although I am very late in writting the review, but the stay was amazing.I went here in Sept '16.It is a nice place. The place is serene. The owner of the huts and the entire family is such a sweet and loving people.I was taken back by their hospitality.Right from guiding the route to our exit, they tried to make us feel comfortable. The concept is unique and different. We enjoyed our night over there.Even price is reasonable.I will like to mention the softness in the voice of owner's daughter in law too.Huts, a big lawn with plants and swings, then a swimming pool..Sept was hot at Bikaner, but still the concept of huts is such that we felt cold at night in the air coolers too. It's a lively, inexpensive and fascinating place.
Okayish place, maybe ok for a night halt, mainly they have rural huts with an attached toilet, which was in a very poorly cleaned condition no warm water to baithe with, no TV, in the name of Air Conditioning the huts have Water Coolers. On the other hand the Rooms have proper Air Conditioning with remote on demand, geyser, does have a TV with a cable connection of free channels only that too has a weak signal. The staff was startled a little when i reached early in the morning but was very courteous throughout. Food is good. The garden is really nice and well maintained, never got a chance to visit their Pool though!
This hotel is located at a little distance from Bikaner (approx 18 Km). The place is worth every penny you spend. Pros: Peaceful environment Wonderful hosts Co-operative staff Nice food Cons: No wifi Not easy to trace on GPS
