Poorly maintained, good infrastructure. Needs total overhaul if there super deluxe room is like what they offered me during my stay. Leaking taps, rusted things around, smallest tv in room which I have come across during all my travels. Paint coming out of the walls, bedding/ & gadde very old and has become too soft to njoy sleep. Management ok, not very courteous as expected in tourist cities. Food was ok. But if v don't see all this value for money!!!!!

Writing from the hotel room with a great regret that despite excellent aesthetic sense the hotel is spoilt by noisy restaurant crowd.

There is a bar and a very good restaurant in the hotel. This seems to be a popular hangout for the city dwellers. They are within their right to enjoy the party they've paid for unaware of the inconvenience caused to those who have also paid for their lodging. But the hotel management must be aware of that.

It's been a great noise!

If you are in party mood this is the place for you. But if you are looking forward to some rest I don't recommend hotel Sangar as a good option.

At least, I won't stay here again.

Totally recommended stay. Mr. Mehboob - manager attended us very well. Good breakfast spread. We had early checkin and on request, they gave us room without any extra charges. I stayed in royal suite room and requested for extra bed which was given to us in 800₹. Bathroom size was big along with room size. Totally recommended to stay and just opp. The hotel is indra cafe, which serves very tasty food with hippy culture vibrant vibe. Ambience of hotel is very well done and their inside bar / lounge area is beautifully done. We stayed here 3 nights and loved it. The service was also very prompt and staff was courteous which makes it more memorable for us.

Hotel Sagar is situated in Lal garh palace complex and it gives you a feel of Rajwada when you stay here.Rooms are well maintained and aesthetically designed to make you feel like a king or a queen. The building is also very well maintained and beautiful paintings can be seen at the roof and the walls. Well crafted marble staircase has intricate designs too. Food is also awesome and breakfast spread has all the options. Prices are also reasonable for food in the restaurant. Over all a 10/10 performance.

Staff attitude, facilities, breakfast option - everything is missing and pathetic. When we checked in, the guy at front office was unwelcoming. He didn't even bothered to give a smile when we approached him. Hot/Cold drinking water was missing in the room, need to call multiple times to get any service. Breakfast is pathetic. Will never ever stay in this hotel.

Decor of the hotel is good

Experience classic royal heritage architecture , yet modern amenities #bikaner. This picture is from our stay at Bikaner.

The property surely offers majestic, magneficent picturesque stays, and is competing with its own infrastructure and hospitality both at par with each other.

Would definitely recommend people visiting Bikaner to go for this property, for the feel of authentic rajasthani food, awe- inspiring culture, grand spacious rooms for comfortable stays with friends & family, happening party place in a small city, huge conference and party halls, impressive best in class hospitality.

It is also easily accessible as it's near to bus & train stations for easy commute. And tourist attractions are also at walking distance.

I booked this hotel from 16th April 2022 to 20th April on make my trip, paid full charges online, checked in on 16th noon. In the evening I was told that hotel will have to be checked out on 19th April as they have some other booking. I was virtually forced to leave hotel on 19th noon with my family in the mid of my nephew's marriage. Although I was refunded 1 day room rent it was very difficult to get suitable place at such short notice. Hence advised to be cautious before making any booking here.

The hotel looks lovely from the outside but don’t let that fool you. Inside the rooms are not clean, the bathrooms has a constant bad smell coming from it. The WiFi only reaches the hotel lobby so there will be no WiFi in your room and to top it off very loud music was played from a huge speaker until 10pm. The speaker is so loud you cannot even speak to each other in your own room. Why there is a speaker playing loud music which faces all the rooms I don’t know, there was also no one in the court yard so I’m not sure who the music was meant for.

This is a pretty awful place to stay. Trying to make a reservation was next to impossible and I needed a colleague located in India (I am in the US) to send a deposit to secure the room. The room itself was one of the most unpleasant I have ever stayed in. There are NO WINDOWS -what if there was a fire or emergency? The towels, bathmat and bed coverings were stained. were they clean? I have no idea, but they all looked filthy. The sink had an old corroded sponge as the holder for soap. There were bugs on the counter and bedside tabletops. The one redeeming factor was the restaurant staff were very pleasant and the food quite good. The architecture and halls/wall coverings in the halls were very pretty. It would be a nice place to stay if you never had to enter your room.

Had the misfortune of staying in this place last week. One of the worst places I have ever stayed and I have stayed in innumerable hotels over the last 30 years across the country as well as outside.

The rooms are claustrophobic. Once inside you have no way of telling if it's 12 noon or 12 midnight. There are no windows you see, all in the aving just to make sure you are getting it right. There is no space to keep your toiletries in the bathroom, I had to keep my toothbrush, shaving kit etc inside the room you see. On top of this, there is no partition for the shower area. So once you've had a shower the entire place is totally wet.

They do provide "complimentary" breakfast but the spread is terrible. One wonders if it's the same chef who prepares the other meals you are paying for or he's under instructions to make a mess out of it.

Overall this is a place one should avoid at all costs.

Namaste! Request with Sagar Hotel staff, they will sure arrange pick up taxi for you. As you're coming in January then must visit Gajner Palace hotel and lake to enjoy the bird watching. Happy staying at Bikaner.
