We booked two delux rooms through Memorable Tours India for one night 6/3/22.The looks antique but the rooms are full with dust. The sofa and curtains probably not cleaned since long. Although it shows 3*ranking I didn't find the standard as compared to other such hotels especially in cleanliness. The breakfast was ok. I told the person at reception about this. Antique style doesn't mean it to be uncleaned. Lighting in room was also low. AC and fans were making noise . Didn't have a comfortable stay.
The hotel was nice, the economy room was ok, the toilet didtn work properly, the bathroow looked old. Nice dining room, the food was good, breakfast could be better , more choise. Overal ok, maybe little too pricy for the comfort of the room. The staff verry friendly and helpful.
I wouldn’t recommend a visit in January, very cold rooms, reception and hallways. No wifi in the rooms and hotspot was supposed to work at reception and in the bistro, but all four of our phones couldn’t not connect. We had three rooms, all with stained sheets and towels. One room missing a mirror in the bathroom, and two missing shower curtains, with all having no safes in the rooms.
This could be a nice hotel, but it’s not. The rooms have no hot water. We got one blanket so had to sleep with all our clothes. It’s dirty and bathrooms make you want to leave as soon as possible. Breakfast is ok, but could easily be more refreshing. A lot of flies surrounded when eating lunch.
Stayed here for a night ,the place is showy but lacks the warmth and hospitality. One can opt it in summer as rooms are very cold. The staff is ignorant towards the guest request which was quite a surprise compared to other places where we stayed in rajasthan.
We stayed here for one night. The room was painted beautifully in blue. The front office staff helped me with putting together a plan for the next day with all possible details. Similarly the admin staff was helpful in getting us an heater and a kettle to our room. Overall, satisfied with our stay and also great value for money.
It was a cheap stay. We booked it for 900 for 2. Considering that, it is good and recommended for short stay. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was small but enough. Tea was very good. Overall a nice stay.
This was a complete surprise - a former palace with intricate decoration and tastefully refurbished and very clean. A couple of nights here was a delight. We had a large room with a balcony for the cool of the evening. We had both breakfast and lunch here and there was a wide ranging menu with eastern and western range of food. The place was well staffed who in turn were very attentive to all your needs. This is a place we would recommend
I loved this hotel! It is beautiful outside and in. My room was a treat to stay in, the walls were all painted in intricate designs, there was a lounging alcove, and it represents the India of the Raj in every way. Heavens, it was great. The dining room was fun too; the staff were friendly, and the little pet dog, Noor, greats all the guests.
The building itself is already very nice, it really is a haveli. The service was the most friendly we had in whole of Rajasthan. We could switch rooms upon request, and the manager was very friendly. The in-house restaurant serves good and reasonably priced food and has, again, friendly staff. We would definitely recommend it!
