We moved hotels at the last minute due to the state of the prior hotel. The staff quickly accommodated us and found us a room where we stored our luggage whilst we continued with our day tour. On returning they moved us to a larger family room with 3 beds and also moved a fridge into our room.

There was no safe or kettle but these can easily be added and I'm sure they would have found us a kettle if we asked.

The room was spacious enough and the ceiling was decorated beautifully, however some of the light bulbs needed replacing as many had blown.

We had a delicious dinner at the hotel, a little above average price but we enjoyed it.
Breakfast was simple due to few clientele we had an omelette and jam on toast with tea/coffee. This could be improved.

Overall the hotel was clean and the staff did everything they could considering the last minute arrival.

the first contact was catastrophic, because of overbooking, they put us in a room in a very limited annex, without wifi and rather dirty. After complaining, they ended up finding us a decent room. OK restaurant, too bad they only serve a continental breakfast

I wouldn’t recommend a visit in January, very cold rooms, reception and hallways. No wifi in the rooms and hotspot was supposed to work at reception and in the bistro, but all four of our phones couldn’t not connect. We had three rooms, all with stained sheets and towels. One room missing a mirror in the bathroom, and two missing shower curtains, with all having no safes in the rooms.

Don't know what to write but we weren't that happy with this hotel. It's a bit out of the way from anything and most of the staff couldn't speak English. We were there for New Years Eve we asked if there was any fireworks or parties, we got told there's no fireworks or parties in Bikaner so we went out to try find our own fun. We missed the New Years fireworks as we went to sleep around 10pm, just to be woken up at 12am to fireworks going off, we were so disappointed. Dinner they didn't get my order of boneless chicken breast right but once I told them they did quickly fix it but I think they just ripped the chicken apart and added New sauce. Breakfast wasn't that great we got offered toast n jam and omlette. The rooms was nice but very cold Lucky the heater was supplied but at dinner there was no heating and we froze, we ended up going to the bedroom to warm ourselves up.

We booked two delux rooms through Memorable Tours India for one night 6/3/22.The looks antique but the rooms are full with dust. The sofa and curtains probably not cleaned since long. Although it shows 3*ranking I didn't find the standard as compared to other such hotels especially in cleanliness. The breakfast was ok. I told the person at reception about this. Antique style doesn't mean it to be uncleaned. Lighting in room was also low. AC and fans were making noise . Didn't have a comfortable stay.

Hotel created in a very beautiful ancient haveli, but not very welcoming in my opinion. The room, the environment and the entire structure were cold and bare. The heating in the rooms should be improved; We had a space heater in the room, but it didn't heat much. The only warm place was the restaurant, but the constant coming and going of staff opening the restaurant door didn't help much in keeping the environment warm. Breakfast definitely needs improvement in the organization which seemed too slow to us. Friendly and helpful staff.

Coming for one night off season. Not impressed about the service and the food at their restaurant didn’t taste anything. The room and the sheets were clean but the towels were worn. It was ok just for one night but would’t choose it for longer stay.

This could be a nice hotel, but it’s not. The rooms have no hot water. We got one blanket so had to sleep with all our clothes. It’s dirty and bathrooms make you want to leave as soon as possible. Breakfast is ok, but could easily be more refreshing. A lot of flies surrounded when eating lunch.

The reception was not very friendly. The rooms were ok but not very clean. There was no flat screen TV but a fat screen TV, under a thick layer of dust. I didn't really want to touch the air conditioning remote... Breakfast was poor and staff not friendly. The restaurant is very unsociable and needs a lot of refurbishment. I'm never going back there.
