Hotel Chirag...Is a value addition to already existing defunct 2-3 star(if any in bikaner) hotels in Bikaner...a must place to stay..is 5 kms from bikaner railway stationand very near to jodhpur bypass Road.. lying outside the city but very much near to city with modes of transport available. Ample parking,big garden with sitting and puppet and rajasthani dance shows. The reception staff is too good..very co operative and supportive. 50plus rooms are very spacious and with good views as well. Washrooms needs a little workup though including bath towels. Their Zinc BAR is very nice and serves all sorts of alcohols and spirits with delicious veg and non veg food. La-Foret is the Swiss tent area very beautifully made and they have plyboard make up over which in and out rajasthani cloth upholstery is done making them stand still and no swinging. There is a performance area properly lighted as well. Food and breakfast is very nice.

Stayed at this hotel during a recent family function,. We choose chirag hotel because our friends who keep travelling for their business purpose to Bikaner and our clients always prefer to stay here and keep praising the services and the staff of this hotel. The first thing you will notice about this hotel and would probably bother you , is it's location. It's far from the city, and not only that, it's actually somewhere around a residential area. The connecting roads are in bad shape, and the surrounding area is desolated.
Property and room- The property in itself is good. Rooms are nice, and my kids liked the room.
Untrained staff- You will definitely notice this if you go there. I encountered many things wherein I found the staff is absolutely untrained. Listing a few, for which have even provided a written feedback to the hotel desk. 1. The room service guys will ring the room bell, and without waiting for the guest to respond, then will try to barge in the room. If you have not bolted from inside, they will basically just enter the room. Now, for me personally, it's invasion in privacy. And if you do not open the door in 2 seconds (literally), they will ring again.
2. The Dining area guys will not even bother to provide you glasses, or fill water. They do not know how to assist guests over breakfast or dinner. Since it's a Buffet, they basically stand there and expect the guests to help themselves. I agree that's what the buffet is for, but let's say you want 4 cups Tea/Coffee, they will just fill it for you and provide a tray to take it yourself. Have never seen this in any hotel across the world.
Food- I would rate the food as 3/5. Breakfast was good and had good options. So was the taste. But don't expect much.

We stayed 1 night (28/12/2019) in Hotel Chirag, Bikaner. After a hectic schedule, we checked in the hotel in the evening and enjoyed a nice dinner. The hotel and it's surroundings were very well maintained. In the morning, issues were observed regarding hot water in the bathroom, however, the front desk people had arranged the same with minimum possible time. Food quality was very good and hospitality was also very good. We enjoyed the staying at this hotel.

Chirag is good option in bikaner Had stay in chirag in July'22 was amezing and astonishing service given by front staff and housekeeping boys. We like the rooms and room amenities in our room. Had dinner in this hotel's restaurant was amezing. Enjoyable stay and we will definitely come back.

Stay at chirag hotel All good . Service adequate. Excellent hospitality. Property upkeep is also as per high standards. Food deserves special mention as the cuisine served was delicious. Visited chirag 2 times for my official tour and stayed 3 days on each tour. They provided very pleasent stay at their swis tents. Tents were spacious with all elite facilities. This is hotel chirag which according to me is one of the best hotels in the city. A 5star hotel with state of art amenities and located within 3 kilometres of railway station, The staff is really polite and helpful which really gives an effective hospitality. Rooms are neat and cleaned, properly maintained. The services are far better than a 5 star hotel. I had a confirmed booking and I did not face any hassles in checking in.

I recently stayed at Sunset Beach Resort and it was a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beachfront location provided stunning views of the sunset every evening. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals. The only drawback was the limited variety in the breakfast menu.
