Laxmi Niwas is the highest rated Property in Bikaner- it charges 3x of the average hotel tariff in the city and is at par in tariff with most 5 star experiences in rajasthan and india including metros. However the rooms as provided to us ( refer pics) were dirty and foul smelling with the heaters or Wi-Fi not working. When we complained we were told that we had been upgraded from a palace room to a “historical suite” - I have attached the pics of what their version of suite looks like with peeling walls and rusting products. We also had 2 teens with us who decided to protest on seeing the property and refused to stay there. That is where the manager of the hotel stepped on and realized what a bad state the rooms were in and provided cleaner and better rooms. Pls do not be

Booked this place for a night. Great ambience and feel of the place. The staff is very polite and hospitable. The whole process from time of booking when Mr. Narender singh was very welcoming and helpful to check in and stay the staff was good. Even the chef Mr. Nand lal was quite accommodative and fulfilled all our requests regarding food and kids requirements. The food was good. The rooms and washroom though require some refurbishment . But overall a good experience.

Enjoyed the stay at the Palace and its well laid out lawns. The property is neat and clean and brings back the aura of the Raj days. The stay however was marred by it being too noisy as the property rented out its central portion for a marriage party.Totally thoughtless booking as the central portion is surrounded by rooms on all sides.

I stayed (with my family) at Majestic Heritage Property Laxminivas Palace from 3rd to 5th November 2021. The experience was fabulous. The magnificent Palace of Legendary and Iconic Late Maharaja Ganga Singh ji of Bikaner has been beautifully restored and launched as Premier Luxury Heritage Hotel by Pioneering Entrepreneur/ Hotelier Meghraj Singh ji Shekhawat and his team. The Staff is very courteous, food is delicious, evening cultural program is very entertaining and soothing and overall ambiance is mesmerising and captivating. Vikas Tanwar ji, Tewari ji , Surendra Rathore ji and the Chef with all the staff members are doing a great job and showcasing Rajasthan’s hospitality and culture in the best possible way. Thanks a million for a once in a lifetime experience. Best

But the staff here was so helpful and courteous.. Mr Ashu at reception helped us by allotting rooms according to my convince , Mr Surender F&B Manager instantly helped me with the doctor , he personally accompanied me to the doctor and got my treatment done at priority.Food was good.
