Worst behaviour from Tanisha Haveli owners. This is old haveli run by Husband and wife. I booked 2 rooms for 31stOct2022 in their Haveli on 7th Sep 2002. That time both owner told me that rooms are available, transfer 50% advance so that we can block the rooms. After that immediately i transfer the amount and I have received confirmation message on WhatsApp from owner. Now when I called them on 31st Oct morning that we are coming today so owner given me shock by saying no rooms are available. They have received high rent that's why they cancelled by booking in last hour. The owner don't have humanity, earlier only i mentioned them i am traveling with 3 small child's and with family, still they behave like this. The lady owner is very polite and her husband is good for nothing and is quite blunt and rude. He don't have scene how to talk with customer. Due to customer only they are there but he don't understand the things. There is communication gap between both husband and wife. And due to their internal problems me and family struggled lot in bikaner. My suggestion to other customer or guest is we only need to teach lesson to such persons, so please don't book this property.…

It's a very nice guest house! We had a very big room with AC that worked really good and a very nice bathroom. Especially the staff are very nice and welcoming! We had very tasty breakfast and dinner at their courtyard! AaI can only recommend!!

Host made our stay very pleasant with their authentic Rajsthani food and their unmatchable hospitality. It is a family run business and will help you round the clock whenever you need them. Thankyou for making our trip memorable.

Didn't book in advance but got a room on arrival. The owner couple made it so comfortable. They know what we need - chilled water to avoid dehydration and i drank one like full. I was riding by bike fm Delhi. They arrangeddinner fm nearby restaurant- roti & daal fry- hot, tasty n cheap. Cleanest bathroom with & modern fixtures n hot water. So cheap but a real gem this place both bcos of the care n facilities. Best reference fm TripAdvisor. Thanks

Manisha's haveli is in the old town. Our driver dropped us off at the Bikaner Junagarh Fort, and we took an auto arranged by manisha to her place for 150rp. I booked a maharaja room and a non AC room. Manisha was kind, she upgraded the maharaja to a maharani room (the best room there). The interior of maharani room is more like Indian style (carpets, colorful sheets) whereas the nonAC room (1king bed and 1 single bed) is a clean basic with modern tiles. Both came with clean hot shower. The house is really nice because it has a big upper level slightly open area where everyone sit and chill - which is the same level as the maharani room. The non AC room however is 1 level below, which is just like a big bedroom inside a conventional house so u dont hear much noise (dogs barking or auto honking). The mattress is hard but really good quality so I slept well. Manisha cooked us dinner from scratch (hence the long wait, 2hrs from the time we ordered), it is like buffet style (priced at 300rp per pax, and not too spicy since we're sharing with another Italian and Danish). The creamy potatoes were really good. There's another table of local family who are tourists from Mumbai. All quiet decent guests. Manisha was a great, smart lady who speaks good english so she sorted any issues with no problems. Highly recommend!…

This is a Heritage Haveli turned into a hotel, with exceptional owners. The rooms were clean and tidy. One can definitely experience the heritage of Rajasthan being in this part of the city and at this hotel. While travelling with the infant we were given the leverage of cooking the food in the kitchen upstairs which is rare and appreciated. We were also guided by as we reached Bikaner late at around 11pm. The food is delicious and home cooked, which the owners cook they offer to the guests which make the stay more authentic as you can witness the local cuisines. Rooms have AC’s so if planning to visit in summers or fall summer it can help. The Haveli has terrace so if you want to have a night among the stars you can surely try that. At last would suggest to have tea made by Anil in the morning which will surely ignite your day with fragrance, and special thanks to Manisha for being amazing hosts.…

The family owning the haveli is really friendly and helpfull. The property is very clean and the location is perfect. I would definately recommend staying here. Also Bikaner is not so touristy, but still lovely to walk around in the old town!

This was the cleanest guesthouse where we stayed at in India - a very comfortable and nicely decorated old haveli! The owner and family - Anil and Danisha, are super friendly and so thoughtful of everything. They cooked us lovely dinner and breakfast, and helped us with arranging some stuff around the city, without ever being pushy/causing hassle. Really recommend to stay here and in general to stay in Bikaner, a less touristy and cute city in Rajasthan.

The location is very different: it's situated in the old city where there's plenty of cow muck to walk through, dirty bazaar, and several tuktuk refused to take us to that hotel with extremely narrow ,poor, streets. There are no bars, nor restaurants within 2.5 Kms. Think hard before you book. The hotel itself is a house of 200 years old, and has been converted and painted in garish style. It's friendly to meet other travelers and people have to have dinner there, but everything is charged at a price. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, but we were charged 30 roupees for a cup of tea when we arrived. Dinner is 350 roupees and beer is 300, which is the equal most expensive we have been charged in India. They don't accept card payment,so everything is off books... Beware of the very slippery floor in the bathroom as the wet room has good hot water but it goes everywhere. This is a mixed review, and we don't think Bikaner is a must go place!…
