A beautiful property with serene surroundings and very efficient staff. The food preparations and decor is really royal. It is a nice place to stay in Bikaner if you are traveling in Rajasthan. Staff behaviour is very courteous.keep it up.

We stayed in this property for only one night during our visit to Bikaner. We had booked two regular rooms directly with the hotel. It was in the first week of Feb. We wish we had one more day at least. The property is very well maintained. We loved the sprawling garden and the grounds. The rooms are very spacious with a sitting area and a writing desk. The bed is very large. It was very cold in Bikaner during our visit and the heater in the room was fantastic. There is also a dressing room with cabinets and a dressing table. The bathroom is also spacious with all modern amenities. The bathtub was fantastic which provided us much needed relaxation after a hectic trip. We did not have time to have either dinner or lunch here but we had breakfast. It was made to order and was delicious. The staff is courteous and well behaved. Overall it was a luxurious and very good stay. I would definitely stay here if I visit Bikaner again.…

Karni Bhawan Palace is an experience. We stayed here for 2 nights in december 2019. Its such a lovely hotel,infact it cannot be called a hotel. Its like a guest house and it will make you feel royal. Our room was huge, spacious. It was an extremely comfortable stay. It was very cold in Bikaner and the room had a heater which would be switched on by the time we would return to the room after our sight seeing. The beds were comfortable and there were extra bedsheets to provide warmth in that cold temperature. Cannot say enough about the food. They requested us to order the food 30 minutes prior to our dining time and they would make it fresh and hot and inform us when the food was ready.The food was delicious. Breakfast was also the same. It was not a buffet breakfast but they would give us whatever we wanted to eat. The parathas were the best that we had eaten in a long time. The staff was always courteous and helpful. They would always be smiling and ready to help. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Whether its just a couple or a family you can be assured of having a great time at this place.…

This hotel was built in the mid-20th Century in art deco style as a guest house for the Maharajah of Bikaner’s guests. Inside it still feels like his guests are expected. The furnishings are from the first half of last century and many of the rooms are very large, with sitting areas and fireplaces. However there are some tiny rooms, so ask to see your room before accepting it. The bathroom fittings were dated but my room had a large bath which I enjoyed. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and the food was very good

Want to know how a king lived? Book yourself a room at the well maintained Karni Bhawan Palace. This interesting art deco heritage property is the former home of Maharaja Karni Singh, king of the former Bikaner state. Our spacious, well-appointed suite - complete with period furniture - was just lovely! The property features acres of grounds, a bar and restaurant. Staff are polite and helpful.

This property is run down both in property and management approach. The junior staff are very good and helpful but seems like they are overridden by an over powering manager. That means everything revolves around the GM being there and so this morning while trying to check out I had to wait 15mins for the manager to arrive!!! Food was not great and breakfast awful so skipped on 2nd morning even though an extortionate price had been paid for the room including breakfast. Nearly rs5000 a night. Dont stay here - it's not worth it and you may feel intimidated by the many HRH lanyard wearing managers who laze around in public areas staring you down Very unpleasant environment created by the manager. Awful!

Luckly we found the place but just for one night to spent and we really satisfied here, clean and good rooms with high facility. Shower bathroom as per needs. Building art looks an real heritage. Beautiful decor made at every point of the hotel. Staff and housekeeper all were helping.

I love Art Deco and was extremely disappointed at the condition this former Maharajah’s residence had become. My son and l thought we were staying in a morgue it felt so dead. The energy of this place is sad , tired & lifeless . I asked the staff if they had any reading material, none ! The beds were too short and as our feet were hanging over the edge . Would not waste my money coming here again and management should be ashamed to have let this place get to this condition.
