Okay, in first instance this hotel looks average but but and but the hospitality is just amazing. If you are family guys, close your eyes and visit. In morning they make breakfast for us and its literally like home cooked food. Tea is also good. Good place

Very interesting historical hotel run by a friendly and accommodating owner. Its an old property with good value for money.

Recommended if you want to get a taste of Bikaner from the during the British Raj with some modern amenities like running hot water etc.

We had an excellent stay with Mahendra at Hotel Kishan Palace. This Haveli was the home of his grandfather who commanded the last camel corps of the Indian Army during World War One. Although only there for one night we became firm friends. Mahendra was so hospitable, helpful and genuinely caring which made our stay a real pleasure. His hotel (and home) was filled with fascinating artefacts, mostly relating to his grandfather's exploits. Mahendra was quick to assure us that everything was "spick and span" and it surely was. The showers worked well, the beds were clean and comfortable and the breakfast plentiful. Mahendra went way beyond what one would expect from a hotelier (he even got up at the crack of dawn to take us to the station) and really made our stay in Bikaner one to remember. Excellent value and a stay which will linger in our memories for a long time.

A friend and I stayed two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. Our host, Mahendra, was welcoming and so pleasant and helpful during our stay. He went out of his way to make our stay most enjoyable and we thoroughly enjoyed his company. We left as friends rather than guests, and when I get back to India I will certainly stay again. The rooms were spacious and quiet (which is unusual in most places), and a good shower too.
Thank you, once again, Mahendra for making our visit to Bikaner such a great experience.

The Kishan Palace was an oasis for me. The location is convenient, the rooms are spacious and clean and priced for all budgets. The owner has a hands-on manner and was exceptionally helpful; addressing all the guests many issues personally. I highly recommend this lovely hotel and plan to return!

The two nights I stayed here made my trip to Bikaner worthwhile. Centrally located, the hotel has a great owner who helped with any request and was lovely to speak with, giving useful advice and ideas for the trip.

The room was clean, spacious and had old-heritage charm. It was a quiet haven away from the noise of Bikaner. Breakfast was fine, and tea was provided whenever requested.

The sitting room next to the bedroom was a nice place to relax & read.

The hotel is charming and has a great price/quality ratio - thank you for the great service! I do highly recommend it to anyone passing through Bikaner.

Hotel is run by the owner. Yet suffers in upkeep. Staff is not geared up. Linen is just about okay. 3 Towels were given for four of us in two rooms. Bathrooms ran out of water in the middle of night.
The owner is very caring but these issues were irritating. Food is just about okay - 5 on 10.
Pls don't expect great service, and only then will the heritage value appeal to you.
The artifacts kept all around are amazing. The old pictures are awe inspiring tho one wonders how many thousands of big cats did the royal families shoot?
