Well , stay is good .
Location is good and roads are proper managed for driving for large vehicles
Basic all necessities available .
Guest Room size is good not so small not so big.
Well switches, water taps etc are little old but well working.
Bed Sheets and spread sheets are clean but in safe side I carry my own bed sheets It's better in covid time situation.
Water is too hard or very high PPM so soap is difficult to clean in bath.
Always use mineral water because their RO water which they severed in Water Jugs is also very hard or very high PPM.
Food Preparation is good , limited food items in COVID time.
In Breakfast 3-4 items served in room.
Dining hall is closed in COVID time.
Guest Room service is good and in time
Mini fridge is old but working proper.
Electrical Kettle is available , only tea bags available with sugar .
Ac is proper working in room.Ac is window Ac so little noise is obviously in comparison of split Ac.
Bed size is medium and mattress condition is ok.
In room too much space for luggage.
I must say that I had sanitized my self all handles , switches and bathroom taps in every 6-8 hours And you also Do it your self whenever you will stay.
Water supply is proper and 24 Hours in bathroom.
No Hair-Drier is in bathroom.

Its a beautiful property with great rooms but one should not travel during off season as the services will be an issue.
We did prior booking on triple sharing bases but the room wasn't prepared in such a manner.
We had to ask for things throughout like extra towel, tissues, toiletries n etc... But it can also be as I mentioned we did this trip during off season and we were warned before by a friend.

But still certain facilities you expect when stay at such a nice place.

No packed water complimentary. Open water was given in jugs. Wifi never gets connected. One bedside lamp broken. For a price of 2.6k per night, the standards not upto the mark. The staff won't turn up even after calling reception repeatedly. Would not suggest to any decent person looking for a standard stay.

While going to Jaisalmer we 4 families stayed for one night. Rooms were not clean , no couch in room no 318, power plug was burnt. Tea kit were not kept in any room. When called house keeping room service , no reply. Called reception 3 times in half hour for tea kit , nobody came. Ultimately I had to go to reception to collect it. They donot know eve H of hospitality. Avoid if you can.

Service staff could improve their English skills (almost zero!).
Wifi only in the lobby.
Restaurant outside area was a little dirty. Little noisy if your room is near the lobby. Staff is friendly. Most guests are Indian people.
Not bad but I would try next time another hotel.

I stayed here with my family in December 2011. Looks good from the outside, but quite weird and tired looking once one enters the rooms. Much better options are available at competitive rates. Position is O.K., but hotel amenities are minimum. Stayed here for only one night.....still regretting my decision to book this hotel !

Out of 10 hotels in India this was our least favourite by far. The guys on the front desk are rude and unhelpful. The pool is dirty. The rooms are old and dirty. The air con in the room is so noisy it's hard to sleep. The only positive thing I could say was the food was ok (only ok!!). Keep driving there must be something better in Bikaner. Couldn't wait to leave!!!

Complete and absolutely terrible service. The exterior of the hotel is rather impressive but the overall impression it left was very disastrous. The service was terribly poor and the staff didn't seem to care so much. The food quality being low is still digestible however they not being able to send my room 2 glasses of hot water for more then an hour was beyond me. After calling the reception twice asking for hot drinking water to be sent up the third time they told me to call a different number and even then it took them 20 minutes to bring the water. We went in a rather cold season so we requested a heater which turned out to be of no use. Went to have a shower and the water was barely warm. The next morning we went to have breakfast and there isn't enough staff in comparison to how many people were having breakfast there. They seem to take their jobs as a joke because after ordering a meal I didn't receive it for a good 20 minutes and upon asking why its taking so long the response was "we forgot" TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Never had such a disappointing experience ever.
