There was almost nothing to fault. From the time we were welcomed by the bugle played by Mr. Manoj Rana to the welcome drink and quick check in, all we have are positive reviews for this place. It's a living museum, superbly curated with trinkets and artifacts. The ambience and the lighting flatters the corridors. The service was extraordinarily fast and barring two small occasions, was perfect.
Special mention for Mr. Gatta Ram for making our breakfast special each day. Also a big shoutout to Mr. Manoj Rana who gave us a history lesson on this place, took memorable photos and was a good conversationalist

The last Maharaja of Bikaner, who passed away 12 years ago, decided to build a private house, actually a palace, that has been converted into a very good hotel. The maharaja traveled at large and had a great taste for Art Deco and asian antiques. This hotel displays a small part of his personal collection while the rooms are comparable to any of the top international hotel chains.
Highly recommended hotel for Bikaner at a reasonable price, although you will need transport to get to the fort or the old city

You drive into the lane and await a huge place, since the sound of a bhawan makes you think that way. Space of parking is limited, the car can get into the gate only and reverse.
You are welcomed by a lovely vintage car parked for your first photo opp. Fabulous welcome, you walk in to come across a superb portico with full of artifacts, walk in to the reception area and you come across more of the ancient artifacts. Surely it belongs to the royal family and kept and preserved by the team at Narendra Bhawan. You can spend a whole day in the place just admiring all the small rooms with these artifacts, furnitures, painting and collectors items.
The room was just getting ready for the dis infection to be done, you are welcomed with a lovely safron based lemon drink.
every place in the hotel is a museum corner, careful since you can topple something if you dont look around or your bag touches. But one point its all spick and span.
Room is lovely and spot on. The bathroom could have been bigger, but cannot expect, since its a old havelli converted.
Roof top pool and spa available.
Good breakfast spread, we even enjoyed our meal in the restaurant inside and also the out door restaurant with the lovely gas warmers.
The temperature dipped but these burners helped us to enjoy the meal thoroughly.
The team of staff very efficient from the gate keeper to the reception team, the service team and also the chefs who helped us enjoy every meal. Clean rooms by the house keeping team and the place is clean at all areas.

It gives you an antique heritage feel the moment you enter when you are greeted by a vintage Morris Minor in the driveway. The lobby is laced all over with a veritable collection of rare memorabilia and artefacts The hotel is a palace converted to a hotel .The amazing thing is that though more than 400 years old , it still has a split level construction, with lobby at one level, the lift and rooms at another level and the bakery and breakfast room at another. The plus point is that consequently all rooms have the most modern fittings, though one misses the safety features like the railings and handrail and antiskid mats. The beds are low, and with the soft mattress, it does cause you to sink in, making getting out of bed a trifle difficult. The breakfast is a modest spread but what it lacks in variety, it more than makes up in taste, kudos to the chef Mr. Bhanwar. Then the staff is very courteous and eager to please. The Diwali courtyard is one pleasant place to bask in the sunshine in winters. All in, its worth the indulgence of a warm speck of royalty

This gem of a hotel is outstanding - aesthetically pleasing, tasteful is every regard, chic uniforms for the staff, gorgeous nooks and crannies to enjoy quiet time; deeply personal both in the service you receive in all departments and in the choice of decor and fittings. A perfect haven away from the dusty but fascinating old town. I cannot wait to use it for my guests on our next Royal Rajasthan tour. Such a joy to discover a hotel of this excellent calibre in a far-flung outpost in a desert state. The amenities and choice of cuisines and dining are all first class with none of the blandness of chain hotels. There is a roof top pool, a gym, divine sunny courtyard. I stayed in a thoughtfully appointed Prince room - my only quibble being there was no work station from which to comfortably and ergonomically work on a laptop. Otherwise nothing but bouquets of praise and cannot wait to return. And lastly, wanting to know the Pantone colour formula for that stunning signature red!!!

Our stay at Narendra Bhawan from 15th to 18 th October 2021 was one of the most pleasant stays in recent times…from the word go…the property mesmerises us and hospitality soothes us!
Though it is nestled in a residential colony…once inside the premises you feel cut of from the real world …every nook and corner will take you back in time with its charm….the rooms on 2nd /3rd floor give u great views of courtyard and old world charm…the room windows will give u a peak into the Bikaner city…
For your culinary pleasure there is an indoor seating option and an outdoor as well both are equally enchanting…if visiting during October or March the Rajasthani nights are cool and it’s more enjoyable to sit out!
The breakfast spread it exemplary (majorly Indian cuisine)…the staff is always ready to serve and ever accommodating…
I must mention Mr Malhotra the manager who was readily available and ever helpful,Mr Yogesh F&B manager who made our eating experience worthwhile,Mr Prateek Sharma the chef who dished out palatable cuisine and spread and was always there in person for a genuine feedback….
A kind Thank you to Narendra and Nisha who served us day and night with a smile!! Beautiful service always…
Bikaner has got a beautiful gem of a place now…..
Must visit if u want to detox and need an offbeat holiday destination ….kudos to NB team
P.S just a suggestion: some local people should be available to guide guests about local shopping or sightseeing..

A boutique Palace hotel with modern rooms. Has a lot of artifact in the hotel located at various places especially in the lobby area. As you enter an outside dining place with air coolers and lounge before you get to reception. Each rooms has entry overlooking the courtyard. The rooms are spacious with bathrooms having made storage spaces fixed and loose The water glass is made of marble in the bathroom.
AC with the temp outside touching 34 C make it chilly. One needs to look from the summer days which is 50 at times.
They have 24 hr gym and a spa.
Night time it looks like a candle lit place and has very superb ambience

A very fabulous hotel that has redesigned the older haveli and made it into a comfortable lodging. The whole building is exquisite and is a proper Haveli, having the typical architecture of the Rajasthani Kings. It is quite spacious and the open courtyard - known as Diwali Chowk - is so big that one can loiter around or settle down in any space. The walls are affixed with the historical events depicted in photographs and paintings.

We stayed for 2 nights with young kids and we didn't face any issues. The staff is extremely friendly and almost everyone conversed with us, irrespective of we were at the table they were waiting. The front desk staff made us comfortable with a welcome drink and snack at our arrival. When the cold was unbearable, we requested a room heater. It wasn't available with them, so they immediately purchased one and got it installed in our room in just an hour.

The breakfast spread is awesome and is loaded with juices, lassi, south and north Indian foods. Kids would love the pastries and freshly cut fruits section. The lunch and dinner options were pretty good too.

Dinner was available in the open courtyard. We wanted to try but couldn't tolerate the 4 degrees Celsius temperature despite the staff placing gas flame heaters at every table and a mini bonfire in the middle.

Overall it was a wonderful experience with this hotel that has provided us with a luxurious stay and pampered us with their delicacies and delectable food. My kids are already looking forward to the next visit to Narendra Bhawan.

Narendra Bhavan Palace is aesthetically done and beautifully designed property in the humble city of Bikaner.
We stayed at their regular room which was big enough for two of us along with a child. The rooms were clean and well lit. The outside courtyard was very serene with a perfect mix of modern with traditional. We enjoyed our evening snacks there. We ordered it through the room service and they were happy to serve us in the courtyard.
The highlight of the trip was the private dinner at the gold room at their sister property Laxmi Niwas Palace. The room was luxuriously studded with 45 kg of gold. The food was Rajasthani thali with impeccable service. We felt like royalty there.
The outside dining area of the Narendra Bhavan palace was very cozy too. The seating arrangement was innovative and definitely instaworthy.
The staff was very courteous. Mr. Balbeer Singh arranged for our special dinner swiftly and was eager to provide anything we needed during every meal that we had at Narendra Bhavan palace.
Only one issue though-
Ola or Uber is difficult to find in Bikaner. The transportation provided by the hotel could be expensive.
Overall it was a very pleasant stay and exceeded our expectations.

A good property, makes you feel royal with nice clean rooms. The rooms are not exactly modern but are comfortable and spacious.

The hospitality is brilliant, with the staff very helpful and always there to give you recommendations about the place. It seemed safe to stay here during these COVID times. I wish they had placed net around the pool as it was quite dirty. The pool at the top floor is amazing but pigeons are a constant menace here.

I am not a big fan of the food here it was either very sl\picy or a little sweet. The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired.

It was my wife's birthday and I stayed here for 3 days. I had ordered a cake at 12 for the birthday but was disappointed as they kept delivering it in the wrong rooms. Would really appreciate if the staff takes care of these little things which can spoil the mood. Also, they did not have any option of decorating rooms which I feel should be there even if extra charges need to be paid.I booked the dinner at Laxmi Niwas Palace their sister property, that was an amazing experience and must have.

All in all it was a relaxing stay for us here. Would recommend if you are here for 2 days but not more than that.
