I often visit to this hotel for my business trip and would love to say that they have got the best of staff with attitude full of care and hospitality to the best.
For my all booking and rooms/banquets needs, Mr. Harish single handedly manages everything with even the micro details just not to annoy anyone.
For my Foods, Mr. Dev and Ms. Hemlatta does the rest. Taking care of the said meals, they just make sure that the meals are served at requisite temperatures, so as I won't spend time cooling it. That's the spirit and hospitable they are.
Wish them all the luck and would definitely recommend this hotel to others too.

I would want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Regenta Ludhiana who made so much efforts to make our anniversary beautiful even though ee were in different cities. They cooperated and coordinated with me in delivering flowers and cake to my husband's room at 12 midnight . When I chose to stay at this property the main driving force were the Photographs available online at the Trip Advisor website and its ranking of No.1 of 106 Hotels in Ludhiana.
So, my expectation based on this portrayal was that of a POSH upscale Hotel, sadly it was anything but that. It is a very average place.
Coming to the disappointing parts. Let me start with the air conditioning. Although it was November and fairly cool outside. The room was extremely warm. I kept the AC running for a good 40 minutes and when it made no affect, I called the reception. They told me that they will have the cooling turned up. Another hour passed and things were still the same. Then a sleepy (almost drunk (at 5 PM)) technician rung the room bell. He comes in switches it Off and then Back On and then turns to me and informs me that now it will work. Really??? I mean How foolish do they think that their guests are? How can switching it Off and then back on possibly rectify this issue? As expected, nothing happened and I suffered the heat.
Then a very serious issue presented itself. The Covid Pandemic is around, Hotels are supposed to be extra cautious in Sanitizing the Hotel and particularly the rooms. In here there is only lip service paid to it. There are a few Social distancing stickers on the floor at the entrance and in the lobby to present itself as a responsible property. But as you reach the room that impression vanishes. In my room I found a long human hair right under my tea cup (which was turned upside down on it – see photo). If a human hair can be left there by the housekeeping you can imagine how thorough they would have been to disinfect it of Corona virus?
While I am at it, I must also mention that you should not expect running HOT water here. It is available only at fixed timings. One fancy posh Hotel this is. The only saving grace was the restaurant and its courteous staff.
To conclude I will state – For a property that is struggling with the very basics of Air Conditioning, Running Hot Water and Extremely critical Sanitization expecting them to understand the nuances of Hospitality and providing the same is simply asking too much.

The hotel entrance to lobby to reception is fine. The rooms offered are okay, wash rooms are very compact, not very possible of getting in and out if the door has to be closed. Bed is comfortable but linen was not much clean. The location of the hotel is okay but your mobile will loose signal very much that it almost goes unusable. House keeping / maintenance staff is very slow. Reception staff is not much experienced unable to handle billing. Buffet breakfast is good on the ground floor.

The hotel is blessed with nice and caring staff and location is also at the city centre making office travel easier and faster. I have been working on a long project and for almost 5 months have been intermittently staying at the hotel almost every week. The staff is very supportive and takes extra steps to ensure yoir stay is happy and hygienic. Highly recommend to anyone coming to ludhiana for a short or a long trip.
