Ridiculous rules…This hotel charges 100/- for a plate …50/- for a glass….I have stayed in 100s in f hotels across the globe …Really find it hard to understand how come they charge for these basic things ….and best part these people are proud of the charges they are charging
Worst stay ever

I am sharing a few dirty bedding pics, one video in which you can hear the noise by putting 100% volume in the room.
I complained to them from 11pm to 1:30 pm as I had meetings every morning but they don't bother with 2-3 functions everyday.
Before booking I clearly asked for noise free to attend my con calls & meetings but of no use.
Wifi never worked as they kept one note in each room for few hours but I used my phone to connect my laptop.
They got their money but were not bothered about customers even after this pandemic.
Attaching their feedback form which I filled .
No precautions as no staff was wearing masks after telling them 20 times in 4 days.
Breakfast had very few options as was not expected in the Punjab region. That too crocodile service & everything was keeping cold.
Very bad experience I had in my lifetime.

The hotel was clean, the food was amazing and the valet parking is a nice touch. Everything ran on time and we had a beautiful celebration along with my family and friends for my brothers wedding.
I would highly recommend the Palm Court !!
