Stayed there as Sarovar portico stopped operating their hotel. Hotel is located centrally and can be accessed easily. the lobby is big and nice and the reception is attentive and cordial. Rooms are average and the amenities are also average. On those aspects they have a lot to achieve to meet satisfaction of the people. Bar is good and they offer good discounts as well. Most important thing is the food. The catering services of this hotel is done by a famous chef and he knows the job really well. Finger licking delicious food whether it is breakfast lunch or dinner. Multiple options to choose and served really well by trained staff. Overall, average property but they are trying hard to reach the next level. Can be tried.

When I looked up for this hotel online I was impressed seeing the pictures but when i checked in I realized just the lobby and reception area was nice and clean. The room though big but did not look clean. Neither the linen nor the towels in fact one of the towels had dirt stains. The toilet seat was broken and hot water took really long. Coming on to the breakfast it wasn't worth it. It did not taste well and the spread was limited too.
